Eagle's Landing is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom spacious, resort style luxury townhome nested in a world class vacation location with everything you need for a family beach vacation, golfer's getaway, remote work, or girl's trip.

Luxury finishes with tons of amenities. The Villa is located on the beautiful Gulf Coast boasting sugar white sandy beaches and emerald green water. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with it's own private bathroom and open floor plan, including a screened private balcony with a view of the preserve and golf course. Many luxury amenities are included, such as an exclusive beach club, complimentary beach chairs, beach-side pool, community resort style pool with zero entry walk-in, hot tub, two on-site restaurants, golfing, tennis and fitness center. A ten minute walk to the beach club (.8mi) or you can take our complimentary shuttle.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. There were so many activities to do in the resort, that we could do things together as a family, or split up and do things separately. We've stayed on Perdido Key many times in the past but this was, hands down, our best experience.

Amazing House

We were the first renters of this incredible unit. First, the owners are amazing and no detail is missed when you check in. Soap, shampoo, spa towels, FULLY stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach toys and even sub screen and goggles. (Newly packaged) I have stayed in Four Season resorts that don’t match what you can get won’t this house. Incredibly clean, across from the golf course with very nice covered deck. I would highly recommend a cocktail in the evening and hearing the wildlife off the course. Thanks again for giving us a 5-star experience.

A great family trip

The house was perfect for our extended family to join us for the week. The house was clean and spacious. Everyone had their own space and a large area to gather and hangout. The beach was close and there are so many great restaurants nearby. Easy check in and check out process. We are already looking to book again next year.

Perfect beach vacation

This home was perfect for the six of us! It was comfortable and spacious, and the screened in porch was a great place to sit in the morning while drinking coffee and watching the birds. Having four full bathrooms meant we didn't have to wait after coming in from the beach. The location was convenient to both the beach and pool and an added bonus was the upstairs laundry room! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to spend a week and our hosts were great! They responded immediately when we had questions about the property. Definitely a five star experience!

Wonderful Memories Made!

Everything about this home was amazing! My husband and I took our 5 adult children/son-in-law on this family vaca. The house had plenty of room for 7 adults and everything was clean and cozy. A wonderful place to relax, prepare meals, and play games while close to the beaches, incredible restaurants and plenty of other fun activities. Enjoyed the private beach and other amenities of the resort. Quick responses from the hosts when we had questions beforehand. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Come prepared to make precious memories with your family or friends!

Family Vacation

We had 6 adults and 6 children ages 8 and under. We had enough room for everyone. The layout and bathrooms for each bedroom were a great plus. We arrived a bit earlier than the others and the owner allowed us in 30 minutes early. Walk to the pool was short and easy. It was a great pool for the kids. Beach access walk was not easy with infants, but older children were fine. Great home and games left in house and garage for children. We enjoyed it!

Great spot

Very nice home, host was very responsive and provided nice touches throughout home to make the stay even better. Great location and access to beach via short walk or use of the free shuttle. Very clean, would stay here again!

Perfect Location

The property was maintained great and the location was fantastic. We weren't far from the beach and so close to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Pensacola Beach. The perfect spot to make as a base for a week of family vacation!

Great escape during Ida

The property was fantastic and Kristen was a great owner to work with. We were traveling because of hurricane Ida. The townhouse provided all the comforts of home, and allowed us to keep working remotely while entertaining the kids during our "hurr-evacu-vacation." The pool is close by and wonderful. The beach is close too, and Kristin provided helpful recommendations and thoughtful touches. You will be very pleased with your time at their townhouse!

Extended family

Our extended family spent a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The rooms were exactly as advertised and very comfortable. There was a problem with the dishwasher but an adjustment was made and we were fine with it. The kitchen had most everything we needed and we also used the grill. The fan on the balcony was great and we especially enjoyed it being screened. All in all a wonderful vacation!

A week at the Beach

Property was great and we enjoyed it as the perfect home base for our week at the beach. We used all the facilities of the community. Everything was easy, available and as described. From a morning of golf, to an afternoon at the beach club, was enjoyed by all. The townhouse was a perfect size for the 6 of us. Plenty of space to separate and have alone time, as well as to gather and play games. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee. We used the beach chairs and wagon provided when we ventured to other beaches and appreciate having those available. Thanks again for letting us use your home! Beautiful home, great location

This home was clean, equipped with a lot of beach equipment, and a fully equipped kitchen. The owners were very accessible. The screened in deck was nice for our morning coffee. The location made it an easy walk to the pool and easy access to the beach. The private beach club with clean restrooms and showers were an added bonus. We were extremely happy with our stay!

Perfect for our Family Vacation!!

Eagle's Landing at Lost Key was one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have stayed in. The townhome is beautiful and the details in the decor make it feel like a home. Special little extras like hand soap, starter toiletries, and beach towels were great to have. The floor plan has a nice flow and a lot of seating for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in. It was really nice that each bedroom has it's own bathroom to use. The back patio was the perfect place to sit back and relax with a cocktail after a long day on the beach. The neighborhood amenities were very nice. The kids enjoyed walking and biking down to the resort style pool near the home. It is a very walkable and bikeable neighborhood. The shuttle to the beach was fun-the drivers were all very pleasant to chat with and give you information on the area. Lost Key is conveniently located driving distance from many restaurants and shopping areas. The Beach Club located Gulf front was awesome. They had clean bathrooms and showers to rinse off after the beach. The bar and cafe were a nice perk to have so close to the beach. We could walk up from our complimentary beach chairs to have lunch (they had the best shrimp and steak nachos!) and a drink and head back down to the beach. This was the perfect property for our extended family vacation. Everyone was happy and entertained from ages 7 months up to 92 years. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Quick Getaway

We rented this property as a last minute decision. The townhome was lovely. We really enjoyed the main room with open layout with the kitchen. The rooms were spacious and comfy. We enjoyed the community pool and beach clubhouse as well.

Vacay Vibes

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our family of five (plus friends) was more than comfortable and we had everything we needed- and then some! The small details- beach towels and toys, extra blankets, soft linens and bedding, and beautiful furnishings made it a home away from home. We will cherish our time at Lost Key. The beach has THE most beautiful sand and the location was perfect- far enough away from the hustle and bustle crowded beaches can be yet so close to all the things you could want or need. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

STOP LOOKING AND START BOOKING

Beautiful, clean, and amenities abound at this luxury vacation rental. I will break the review down in 3 parts: The Home-The Resort-The Location & Activities. The home is clean. my family and I are blessed to be able to vacation about 4x a year and this home is by far one of the cleanest we have stayed. It is luxurious and no detail has been forgotten. The lanai is a great spot to relax and drink a cocktail in the evening, or read a book, sip coffee, and watch the sun come up. There is a large table for a family meal! Little luxuries like starter soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent were provided. A/C works fantastic!!! The resort is amazing! Gym is really nice and zero entry pool is so nice. At the beach the pool and club are awesome too! Friendly staff and the food and drinks are really good! Try the fish ....you wont be sorry! The Perdido Key area is peaceful, private and serene. It may be the best kept secret in Florida! Check out the Jellyfish, Lillian's pizza, and drive over to the Gulf restaurant just over the Alabama line, super cool vibe! THIS VACATION DID NOT DISAPPOINT! 5 STARS to the hostess, she is a rockstar! BOOK IT!

I am local to Perdido Key, Florida and spent my childhood growing up exploring and enjoying our beautiful beaches. When I started traveling as I grew older, I realized how special our piece of paradise on the Gulf Coast really is. My husband has fallen in love with Perdido as well and we hope to retire to Eagle's Landing one day.

My husband and I owned a two bedroom townhome in the same community and loved the area and all the amenities so much, we decided to sell and buy a four bedroom to enjoy with our two children for years to come. Our family calls this home "our happy place". We have the best time fishing, skim boarding, surfing, body boarding, riding bikes, and taking an afternoon stroll to the Beach Club to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. We also enjoy the lush golf course that we affectionately call "Lost Ball" rather than "Lost Key". During your stay, we hope you find a sense of peace and relaxation and truly enjoy quality time with friends and family.

There is truly no other place in Perdido Key that has the amenities that Lost Key provides. There is something for everyone here without the over population you find in a lot of Beach Vacation spots.
