Gulf-front First Floor Condo with Two Master Suites!

Sterling Sands 101 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom, Gulf-front Condominium is situated right on the sugary, white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Sterling Sands 101 has a private Gulf-front balcony that is accessed through the Living Area and master bedroom through floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.

This is located on the first floor. All guest staying at Sterling Sands are required to register and pay the on-site Association prior to arrival in order to receive parking passes and amenity wristbands.

Sterling Sands is currently in the process of replacing doors and windows within the complex. Sterling Sands 101 has been completed, but noise will be present while on property and possibly within the unit. Construction is expected to be complete by Early April 2026, weather permitting. The open-concept living area of Sterling Sands 101 contains a main living area, dining area, and kitchen, with views of the beach from all. The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach, and a nice wet bar and mini fridge just a few steps away. The kitchen is equipped with all of the dishware and cookware you will need to create your own family recipes, and the dining area also includes a breakfast bar which, together, provide seating for your entire group. There is a laundry closet in the main hallway that contains a full-sized washer and dryer set.

The first master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, a private entrance to the beachfront balcony, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has two vanities, a jetted tub, and a tiled walk-in shower.
The additional master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, a private entrance to the beachfront balcony, and a kitchenette that includes a Keurig, sink, mini fridge, and microwave. The master bathroom has two vanities, a jetted tub, and a tiled walk-in shower. You're able to enjoy the white sands and sparkling emerald waters from the large balcony!

The guest bedroom has full-size bunk beds with a twin trundle, a large closet, and access to the main guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a vanity and a tub-shower combination.
