There is a $16.05 amenity fee per person over the age of 5 collected by the HOA. It is not per day, but for the full stay.

WELCOME TO OUR GULF FRONT OASIS! Enjoy our gorgeous condo with breathtaking views of the emerald green water and snow-white sand. Our condo has been completely remodeled and furnished with the comforts of home. Put your toes in the soft sand on the beach or take in views of passing dolphin from the tiled balcony with glass railings. The expansive balcony stretches from the master bedroom to the living room. Take in views from both the master and living room through the large sliders. The condo comfortably sleeps six. We invite you to vacation here, enjoy the view, and make some wonderful memories.

Beach service can be purchased. There is also a beach locker outside of the front door with additional beach items for use. Sterling Sands has an ice machine in the vending area to purchase ice to fill your cooler for the beach. There are two beach walkovers each with rinse stations. The beach service also has beach kayak and boogie board rentals. At night, you will see lots of people on the beach with flashlights looking for crabs and other sea creatures. Bring flashlights to join in on the fun.

Sterling Sands is a mid rise complex with 380 feet of pristine soft white beach. With 110 units on eight floors, our beach is less crowded than the neighboring high-rise complexes. There is a 71 foot free form pool that is heated seasonally and lit with with color-changing lights at night. There are well-maintained restrooms near the pool. There is a recently remodeled fitness center on site with gulf views. The complex also provides a covered grilling area with several gas grills and seating.

This condo rents Saturday to Saturday during peak summer. We do not offer snowbird rates.

Our beautiful large two bedroom, two bath condo has allergy friendly wood grained tile throughout. The furnishings are beautiful with comfort in mind. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat with two rocker recliners and two additional recliners. There are wall mounted LED TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. The condo boasts crown molding and custom window treatments.

The condo is decorated in a sophisticated color palette with original artwork. The kitchen is stunning with beautiful granite tops and gray shaker cabinets and it is well appointed to prepare meals for your family. The counter-height bar has three swivel stools plus seating for four at the table. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the condo.

The master bedroom features a king sized platform bed with a tufted linen headboard and a mattress with a four-inch memory foam topper. There are two closets in the master bedroom as well as a French Country chest and two nightstands. The bedside lamps both have plugs for phone chargers. The master bathroom has a walk in shower as well as large whirlpool tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a four inch memory foam topper as well as twin bunks and an ensuite bathroom.

Free upgraded WIFI included. The condo and beach locker have keyless entry locks.

This complex does not allow guests to bring pets. There is also a no smoking policy both in the condo and on the balcony.

Sterling Sands is near shopping, entertainment parks and a variety of the area’s best restaurants. It is one of the most sought after buildings in Destin. It is a short walk on the beach to the Back Porch Restaurant. Directly across the street is Merlin’s Pizza, Smoothie King, Subway and Beach Liquors. There is also a beach supply store across the street as well as The Track, which offers go karts, bumper boats, bumper cars, mini golf, arcade and more. Big Kahuna’s Waterpark is only a half-mile away with over 40 different water play areas, rides, slides and pools.

There are lots of opportunities to go fishing in Destin, known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village.” Many also enjoy parasailing, dolphin tours, snorkeling tours, sunset cruises, and a large Pirate Ship cruise great for kids.

WalMart is a mile to the east and the popular Publix Grocery and Whole Foods are less than three miles east. Winn-Dixie, Fresh Market and Target are within a mile west.

Shopping areas include Destin Commons and and Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Kelly Golf Club is less than a mile east.
