We are Back! Tropical Paradise - #3320, QUIET Building

A vibrant, tropical retreat, close to all of South Kihei's amenities. We took our condo out of the rental market during and after the pandemic. Our renovated condo is located on the third floor, in the third building away from busy South Kihei Road, offering a quiet environment for our guests. We have a peek-a-boo ocean view and an expansive view of Haleakala.

• Located across the street from Charley Young Beach, voted to be one of the top 10 Beaches in the USA. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling and nearby surfing.

• Minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, markets and shopping in Kihei Town. Leave the car and stroll to these popular destinations.

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker and a multitude of kitchen accessories and dishes to create your own gourmet meals.

• Washer and dryer, so you can pack light if you wish and leave room in your suitcase for holiday souvenirs.

• Private lanai, perfect for outdoor dining or morning coffee.

• Queen size bed in master bedroom has a top quality mattress.

• Air conditioning units with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.

• Equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and cooler.

• WiFi and a good selection of TV channels.

Maui Vista Resort grounds are beautifully maintained and the resort boasts three swimming pools, six championship tennis courts with pickleball, gas barbeque grills and picnic areas. Each building has an elevator, enabling easy room access.

Very lovely stay. Room was very clean and they provided coffee and laundry soap for us. Also, there were beach chairs, bags, coolers - everything you need for the beach. Charley Young beach is a 5 minute walk and stunning at sunset. Also, the food truck oasis is only a half a mile away - very walkable. We loved our time there!

Great Location!

The place was in a great location right across from a beautiful beach! You can walk to all kinds of different shops and food places. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures.

I Love Maui!

This was a great place, located directly across the street from an amazing beach. Walking distance to everything. We seen sea turtles everyday! Make sure to rent snorkel gear for your stay:).

This well equipped condo is located in the best spot in Kehei! ...minutes away from the beach. Maui Vista is clean and well maintained by the friendly grounds staff. We love this location and highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at this wonderful condo! It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything that you would need! The kitchen had high quality appliances, a washer and dryer and a great selection of cooking equipment. There were beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella. The location was also good! It was quiet and a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. There were some good restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place in the heart of Kehei!

This condo was very comfortable and spacious. My husband and I stayed here for 7 days and loved the location. The self check-in was convenient and we appreciated the host providing beach chairs and an umbrella. The only thing we did not like was that the bedroom was very hot. The AC unit is in the living room, and even with a fan blowing the air from the living room to the bedroom, it was still too hot to sleep in the bedroom. So we slept on the pullout couch in the living room. Otherwise, the place was great! I would stay here again and recommend it for others!

Wonderful condo! Everything was as stated plus more!

This condo was very clean, smelled great when we arrived, was quiet and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We had family traveling with us that had rented two units in the same complex but closer to the beach and everyone came to our condo to hang out because it was modern, clean and quiet (they had condo envy). The pictures show this condo exactly as is. There was lots of storage options whether you wanted to hang clothing or put in drawers. The Charley Young beach across the street is one of the best in the area and this condo is close to everything, great, great location! There are adorable love birds that hang out in the palm trees off the patio. It's nice to listen to them while enjoying your coffee in the morning. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Kihei. Thank you for the wonderful memories Tara and Bruce.

We enjoyed our 11 nights and this place was really comfortable and nice.

Overall our stay was great. The only thing I’d recommend is installing a ductless heat pump. The air conditioner was load and the cool air didn’t make it to the bedroom but kept the rest of the place comfortable. At night the bedroom was a bit warm.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this rental. The property owner and condo management were super communicative and friendly. We were blown away at how organized and fully equipped the condo was (this Virgo was a huge fan 😉). Exceeded our expectations as this was the third time we’ve stayed at this condo property, using a different host. The property is perfectly located, near many beautiful beaches as well as a short drive to Wailea. We will absolutely look up our host for our next visit. Thank you for everything. totally surpassed our expectations

The condo is beautifully appointed and absolutely spotless, clean and comfortable. It was everything we had hoped for. Close to the awesome Charley Young beach and a short walk to dozens of great restaurants, food supermarket and other neat stuff. It comes with Tommy Bahama beach umberella, chairs and all the necessities for a day at the beach. The complex is beautifully maintained and peaceful. Includes tennis courts and pools.Thumbs up to the owners. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous Place to Enjoy Maui

We stayed here over the Christmas break and loved it. Proximity to numerous beaches, restaurants and shops was perfect. The condo is as advertised and we didn't lack for anything. The building is very quiet at night and the grounds are well maintained. Our stay was so good we can hardly wait to come back. Highly recommend you stay here.

Bruce and Tara Wells live in Vancouver, B.C. and are now both retired. Bruce worked In public relations. Tara owned one of the tope 10 interior design firms in Greater Vancouver. We've been spending our retirement years travelling and experiencing life around world, but always returning to Maui, the best place on earth.

We bought in Maui Vista for several reasons. We loved the amenities. With three pools, three sets of tennis courts and three barbeque areas, there's ample amenities for all. Other complexes often share only one common amenity with several buildings.

We also love how well kept the grounds are. Lovely flowering hibiscus, oleander and plumeria abound the property. This is complemented with fan, coconut and date palms - a true tropical resort.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our home is very popular, as it is regularly updated with a fun mix of tropical salsa and key lime. We are always keeping it current.

The kitchen is very well equipped, as Tara loves to cook. We like our comfort, so there are several types of beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler for your use.

We've had many comments from guests how comfortable our beds are. We know good mattresses were a good investment for everyone's comfort.

Maui Vista, in general, is quiet and cool, as the buildings are formed with concrete blocks.

We chose a garden view with a peak-a-boo view of the ocean, as the lanai on this side of the building is a much nicer temperature. We can sit comfortably on our lanai in the afternoon and sleep well at night in our unit, whereas many facing west cannot, due to the intense heat from the direct sunlight.
