Located in the exclusive Hacienda de Mita residential community sits our private 4 bedroom +, 4 1/2 bath 3700 square foot ocean front penthouse. PH 4-1 offers stunning views of Banderas Bay and adjacent golf course private views. Its location is nothing short of outstanding. Punta Mita has 345 days of sunshine, a breezy balmy climate and is very tranquil. Included in your rental is a daily cook/housekeeper, 6 person golf cart (a car is not necessary)., and (3)stand up paddle boards with paddles, as well as 3 Bikes for our guests to enjoy. Also included is our premier membership which offers exclusive access to the best beach clubs and community facilities. The beach clubs are Kapuri, Pacifico, Sufi, El Surf Club as well as the one in our complex Hacienda de Mita Beach Club. There is also a Fitness center, Tennis facility with Pickle Ball Courts, and 2 Jack Nicklaus Signature 18 hole golf courses (Pacifico Course + Bahia Course), which guest fees apply. Punta Mita is a world class haven for ocean activities including surfing, scuba, windsurfing, foiling, fishing, and stand up paddle boarding. To further enhance your vacation our concierge services are available for arranging any of your desires including spa services, restaurant reservations, daily boat tours, and or a private chef. Those will be at the renter's responsibility. Come enjoy our pristine paradise for the trip of a lifetime.

Best Location in Punta Mita – Stunning Bay Views & Privacy!Look no further—this is the condo to book! The description is spot-on, and it has the absolute best location in the complex: right on the beautiful bay with incredible views, on the end next to the golf course for extra privacy and peace.We visited during a quiet time in Punta Mita—the area wasn't busy at all. We often had the pool to ourselves, and the beach clubs were relaxed and never crowded. It was the perfect relaxing getaway with our adult children and their husbands.The included golf cart was a huge perk for zipping around, and the dedicated parking spot was super convenient. The complex is right next to town with a private gate for easy access to dining and shopping.Special shoutout to Lupita, the cook/housekeeper—she was wonderful, attentive, and made everything feel even more special.I rarely write reviews, but we were so happy with this place that we had to share. If you want prime views, privacy, convenience, and a laid-back vibe, book this condo—you'll love it!

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

We had a fantastic family vacation! The property was clean, well-equipped, and better than described. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the paddle boarding and proximity to surfing, beaches, the pool was great, beach club, and most of all the lovely staff to assist with any needs. We can’t wait to return!”

Punta Mita Perfection

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of six. It is very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The large penthouse patio was incredible, with gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. We look forward to returning and staying at this wonderful property!

Amazing trip

Beautiful property inside and out. The unit is beautifully maintained and the views are breathtaking. The owner and concierge were east to communicate with and available at all times. Will definitely go back!

Perfect beach getaway

We loved our stay at Hacienda de Mita. The place was exceptional top-to-bottom. Great terrace with sweeping beachfront views. The surf break right in front of the condo was paradise for longboarders and beginners (although be careful of the rocks). Food prepared by Lupita was absolutely delicious and service was excellent. The place easily fit 3 adults and 3 kids. We loved being walking distance to the small town and restaurants as well. We hope to return!

Amazing vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Punta Mita. The location, views, home, & amenities were fantastic. The home is beautifully appointed & very comfortable, with an incredible deck. The golf cart was great for cruising around to all the beach clubs. The paddle boards were perfect for taking out to the ocean in front of the unit. The cook/housekeeper was amazing- the best food ever!! The concierge service made everything easy, from stocked groceries, a planned menu, dinner and activity reservations, and a point of contact during the week. The owner is very responsive and handled everything beautifully. We loved our time in Punta Mita and can't wait to return!

Very Spacious and Comfortable

We stayed here with our family (teenage children) and had a great time. The area felt safe, our unit was clean and had plenty of room for us. We really enjoyed using the lanai and the mattresses were very comfortable. And unit has Sonos system/speakers which was nice for playing music. Our dryer did not work which was unfortunate since we did pack less for our boys based on laundry machines being available. They were fixing it the date of our departure. My one suggestion for the unit would be to offer more upscale products in the showers (body wash, shampoo and conditioner).

Paradise!

We had a wonderful time while in Punta Mita! We came for Thanksgiving and a birthday celebration. The unit is in a perfect location with beautiful ocean views and walking distance to the gate access to the town of Punta Mita. We enjoyed golf, pickleball, paddle boarding, surfing and a catamaran ride during our stay. Everything is just a golf cart ride away. The until comes with a cook who whips up incredible breakfast and lunch spreads each day. We were lucky enough to have Lupita who not only is a great cook but also kept the place clean during our stay. We would highly recommend this vacation for couples or families who want a little bit of everything. Fabulous restaurants, activities galore, in a beautiful setting!! Thank you Scott for being so communicative and for all the restaurant recommendations!

Wonderful condo!

This was our first vacation to Punta Mita and we loved it! Everything was top notch. We were picked up from the airport on time using the service provided by the condo manager. Then we were able to check in early and then taken on a guided golf cart tour of Punta Mita resort and the town. This was very helpful. The location of the condo is great! We could use the golf cart to go to any of the resort restaurants or we could simply walk to town and eat in the city center. We enjoyed eating in the city center because the walk so just so short. The food was also fantastic at all of the restaurants we tried. The condo itself is immaculate. Lupita cleans it every day and we cooks for you too! We only had her cook breakfast because we wanted to hit as many of the restaurants as possible in the week we were there. The view is amazing. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Punta Mita Location!

Rented this penthouse beachfront condo to celebrate my birthday. It was even better than the photos. The location was perfect as it is a 5 min walk to Punta Mita restaurants and shops but easy golf cart ride to all the beach clubs and tennis courts. The conceirge service during the stay was super responsive and our housekeeper Lupita was lovely. She can make whatever you want for breakfast or lunch. She always makes guacamole and salsa fresh each day which is delicious. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook yourself. Prior to stay we were able to arrange a snorkeling trip and visit to Puerto Vallarta. The only thing to remember is that everything you book through the conceirge has to be paid in cash at the time of service. Everyone loved the property and we will definitely be back!

Magical get away in Punta Mita!

We would have given 10 stars if it were an option! The condo is well-maintained, clean, and extremely well appointed, including with paddle boards, a golf cart and plenty of extra towels for the beach and swimming pool. Its location, with a large comfortable balcony overlooking the beach with a gentle surf break is incredible, and provided the most relaxing respite from daily activities. In addition, it is only a 5 minute walk to the little town of Punta de Mita and its many wonderful restaurants, that share the same water front views. Most importantly, the service with this unit was next level. Special mentions to Scott who helped us arrange the condo, Rosina at Concierge at the Bay for assisting us with arranging activities and reservations, and most importantly, Lupita, who showed up daily to make meals and keep things tidy and comfortable. This is a great condo and group of individuals that will help you maximize your enjoyment for a very special get away.

Outstanding Location!

I recently spent 8 days at Hacienda de Mita on a last minute booking. I could not have been more happy with the condo. Scott’s communication out of the gate was on point, and he quickly had us connected with his wonderful support team lead by Rosina our concierge, and Lupita taking care of the condo. We were a small group and didn’t require much in the way of meal preparations, as we were out enjoying all that the beach clubs and restaurants in town had to offer, however that aspect of the rental is much commented on by previous guests as outstanding. I have stayed in other units at HDM on quite a few occasions, and would have to say that this condo is probably in the best location in the complex, with the beach out front and the golf course on one side. I enjoyed waking up early every morning to check out the surf from my bedroom window. As the unit is the furthest penthouse on the beach from town, it definitely was also very private and quiet. The unit is well outfitted with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and bar, integrated sound system, and comfortable, functional furnishings in the living area, and more importantly, on the lanai, where we spent most of our time. Full and easy access to all the amenities of Punta Mita with the included golf cart, or you can walk into town in 5 minutes through the pedestrian security gate. Great stay had by all! Absolutely Amazing!!!

We just finished up our week long stay at HDM 4-1 and is was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped foot in the spacious condo, we were impressed with the high end furniture and tasteful décor. The condo had everything we could ever need. We travelled with my 3 kids all 8 and under and they loved the bunk beds and their little room that they had all to themselves. There were paddle boards, boogie boards, a cooler, sand toys.... basically everything you need when doing beach days with kids. The condo was really comfortable a spacious, great for multiple families. The sound system, computer, printer and internet were amazing as well. We spent our days at the pool and the numerous beach clubs that were nothing short of outstanding (the St. Regis was by far the best in our opinion).When not at the beach clubs, our afternoons were met with sipping cold margaritas on the balcony while counting iguanas in the nearby trees. The concierge did a fantastic job of stocking the condo with groceries, helping set up transportation and helping answer any questions we had. The golf cart was wonderful to drive around the lush Punta Mita grounds while discovering wild pigs, armadillos, tropical birds and other animals. The entire trip was truly magical. My 6 year old son cried a little saying how he wanted to live there :-) I'm sad to leave but can't wait to go back next year!!! (A little shout out to Cesar at Lobster Paradise... wonderful food, drinks and hospitality! Las Pescadores was not good, food was not gourmet and the $10 drinks were intentionally watered down...) Thank you Scott for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Condo!

We had a wonderful visit. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious with an unbeatable ocean view! Lupita made the best guacamole and was lovely. Scott was very responsive and helpful before the trip and while we were there. Thanks for a great vacation! We hope to return soon.

Just Fabulous!!

We have traveled Mexico plenty. We have stayed at the Four Seasons Punta Mita Resort in the past, it's a fabulous Hotel. But this time around we were looking for more of a place to gather family. During my search for a fabulous place to stay in Punta Mita, I found this amazing Penthouse! I was fortunate enough to speak directly with the owner and after our initial conversation I was sold. We reserved the Penthouse last year for April1st to April 5th 2022 stay, wish we would have stayed longer!! The Penthouse was beautiful, located behind the guard gates of Punta Mita, which made us feel safe and secure. Although we did have everything we needed in the penthouse, we did manage to take a walk right outside the gates, for a little shopping and lunch. But let me back up- the concierge service was amazing, from scheduling pick up at the airport to grocery shopping prior to our arrival. The Penthouse was beautifully decorated and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. I must say the staff and the in-room service was outstanding! Lupita arrived at 7:30 to prepare coffee and would prepare breakfast once you woke up. Clean sheets every day and fresh fruit on the table during our stay. So much more to say about our stay in this Fabulous Penthouse. We will definitely be back-soon!!!

Incredible Vacation!

Our family has been to Mexico about 20 times and this vacation was the BEST! This was our first time in Punta de Mita and we are in love! Hacienda de MIta inside the gates of Punta Mita was perfect. We felt so safe and the tropical grounds of Hacienda de Mita reminded me of Hawaii. Our unit, PH 4-1 was perfect for our family (6 adults). The unit itself had so many nice touches like the hot/cold bottled water dispenser, the rack of sun hats, the basket of beach towels right by the front door, the Sonos sound system, and Apple TV made us feel like we were home. The sunrise views were spectacular making a self-proclaimed night owl get up early to enjoy on the comfortable deck. We had so many questions heading into the vacation and Scott, the owner, was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. He checked in once we were settled in to make sure everything was as expected. Lupita, our cook/maid, was so special. This was our first experience with someone to cook our meals and all I can say is WOW! The extra love and attention she put into each meal like fresh-made salsas, juices, made an ordinary meal spectacular. The area was easy to navigate in the 6-person Golf cart. We spent time at each of the beach clubs, with El Surf Club being our favorite for the beach and casual, friendly vibe. Pacifico was nice for the proximity, comfortable lounge chairs, and good food. It was easy to travel into the town outside the gates of Punta Mita. We loved the restaurant options for dinner and the cute little open-air restaurants. The weather was perfect, and we will definitely be back!

A Perfect Vacation

Our family recently stayed in this gorgeous Penthouse condo in Hacienda de Mita. This spacious unit featured spectacular ocean views for whale watching from the balcony and the kitchen was well organized and stocked which made cooking or preparing afternoon happy hour snacks very easy. It also came with a 6-person golf cart that made it convenient to get the group around to the various beach clubs and to town for shopping. The 3 paddle boards were used almost daily with the beach located just steps from our door. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were very well appointed. The host and concierge could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. They made our trip so easy and enjoyable. We can't wait to visit again for another perfect vacation!

The Bredesen Family has spent the last 7 years in Punta Mita, renting from a family friend in the same complex at Hacienda De Mita. We had visited over the holiday season time in early December, and fell in love with the place. This past April we decided to make Punta Mita our own. We recently purchased the most private, ocean front property in the same complex that they have been visiting. Our unit is said to be the best due to the golf course views to the right of the complex and ultra private. We are so happy with our purchase and would be happy to share our special piece of paradise with any of our VRBO guests. We are Oceanfront located in the most private building in Hacienda ede Mita with golf course views to the right. We have grass access to get to our private pool, and beach access as well.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are in the process or remodeling/redecorating our penthouse the upgrade should be done by mid summer 2021. The new photos will be put up on VRBO once it is complete. Thanks for you patience please reach out with any questions.
