Hacienda de Mita #703 is on the second floor and faces the ocean with a side view of the lush 7th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacifico course. Boasting spectacular views of the ocean and the Marietas islands, the unit offers nearly 3600 square feet of resort living. The unit has 4 bedrooms (including a bunk room) and 4 1/2 bathrooms professionally decorated with contemporary tropical/Mexican decor. The kitchen opens to the dining and living area and the huge 500 sf patio. The patio doors slide completely back leaving a 20 foot open doorway onto the patio, to enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor living. The unit offers all of the comforts of a luxury villa, including marble floors, designer fixtures, niche and recess lighting throughout, a Viking six-burner range, a Subzero refrigerator, satellite TV, free long-distance calling, High Speed Wi-Fi, and a water-purification system so the water is safe to drink right from the tap. Also included are concierge and housekeeping services. Our wonderful full-time housekeeper will be there Monday-Saturday to clean and cook, who can prepare a wide range of dishes at your request. Our concierge services will take care of your every need including dinner reservations, tee times, spa treatments, airport transfers, car rentals, excursions, pre-arrival grocery stocking, private chefs and arranging babysitting services, and will also provide a menu should you wish to have meals prepared for you.

Hacienda de Mita also has, for the exclusive use of it's guests, it's own private beach club. It has an infinity edge pool, massage area, plenty of relaxing sofas and chairs, televisions, and a kitchen area for you to store anything for the day. Of course, the entire development is guard gated 24 hours/day.

We are less than a two minute walk to El Ancote beach and the town of Punta de Mita where 'restaurant row', an assortment of beachfront restaurants serving wonderful cuisine in a laid-back, 'tables in the sand' atmosphere awaits. There are also a number of restaurants and shops within Punta Mita resort, at the St. Regis and the Four Seasons. Everything is within easy walking and golf-carting distance.
