Guests are just a 5 minute walk to the Residents’ Beach Club, which is only accessible by members and guests of Punta Mita. Las Palmas 5 is in-between Four Seasons Resort and the St. Regis, two of the finest spots to enjoy lunch or dinner

Premium Punta Mita Membership (GOLF) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club and the El Surf Club at La Lancha. (fees apply)

Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes 6 seat golf cart, Premier Membership Golf and your personal concierge.

We also offer VIP Concierge services which include pre-arrival planning (transfers, groceries, menú selection for meals, activities and general information on the área), reception with complimentary amenity and onsite assistance. Our offices are located 10 minutes away from the condo, allowing us to answer any request for housekeeping or maintenance immediately.

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your reservation is confirmed.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
This condo is not suitable for Bachelor or Bachelorette trips or any parties. Minium age is 26 years old. Must submit guest identifiction upon signature of rental contract in order to register guests.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.
