Welcome to Quail Pack North — a luxurious retreat nestled among the majestic Ponderosa Pines. This spacious, three-level home offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and convenience. Ideally located just 40 minutes from the red rocks of Sedona, 5 minutes from the University of Arizona, and only 1 hour and 15 minutes from the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon, it’s the perfect base for your Northern Arizona adventures.

Surrounded by nature, nearly every window frames serene views of towering pine trees, and if you’re lucky, you’ll spot “Chip and Dale,” the two playful, pointy-eared squirrels who frequent the trees just outside. The neighborhood, aptly named Ponderosa Trails, is laced with scenic walking and running paths and features a park and playground for kids. Just minutes away, Lake Mary Road leads to both Lake Mary and Mormon Lake—popular spots for outdoor recreation and a favorite route for cyclists and runners alike. Come home to relax on the new spacious decks or soak in the new hot tub.

Spacious and Comfortable Living

Main Level: Features a cozy living room, formal dining area, and a bright eat-in kitchen—perfect for gathering and entertaining.

Top Floor: Offers four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite includes its own fireplace for added warmth and ambiance.

Lower Level Guest Suite: Designed for privacy and relaxation, this level includes a bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The living room doubles as a movie room, complete with an 80" TV and a giant bean bag for the ultimate movie night experience. On the opposite side is a kitchenette with a Queen Murphy wall bed and its own fireplace. Many guests have commented that the home is the perfect set-up for multi-generational families or couples looking for their own space.

The backyard has been extensively redesigned, featuring ample seating for outdoor BBQ. Lush vegetation and pine trees make it the perfect place for family dinners or enjoying the cool outdoor temperatures in the summer.

This house provided our family with a very comfortable home base from which to visit family and explore Northern Arizona. There are almost too many great places to visit nearby—highlights for us were the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, Downtown Flagstaff, Bearizona, Sunset Crater National Park, Sedona, and of course the Grand Canyon (we took the train from Williams, which was awesome!). We would absolutely stay here again when in Flagstaff. The house was roomy, very clean, in a lovely safe neighborhood, and within an easy drive of things in Flagstaff and beyond. Also, the host is great to communicate with and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend!

It was a super nice house and perfect for our reunion/gathering! Plenty of space especially bedrooms and beds! It had all the amenities we needed and the host was super helpful and friendly with our correspondence before han!

This house worked out perfectly for our family of 11 vacation. It was very clean and nicely stocked with kitchen amenities. It was also conveniently located to all of the places we wanted to visit. The host was very accommodating and had great communication.Just a couple of suggestions. Floor mirrors in the bedrooms, a night stand between the double beds and a knowing of where the bedding for the Murphy bed was located would have been nice. Also, the fridge in the kitchenette/murphy bed room was full of food with a note stating that it belonged to the owner. We could not use it. None of these had a real negative effect on our stay.We did really enjoy our stay there, and if ever back in the Flagstaff area, we would definitely considered this house again!

Good Morning Connie, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for the suggestions. The fridge downstairs is available for use; that's why we don't lock it. We keep our condiments in that fridge since it's our second home, too. I have that note on the fridge so the cleaning people don't think it's left from the guests. They have thrown it all away before. The fridge is not locked, so it's available to anyone who wants to use it. We'd love to see you back! Thank you!

The house offered lots of space for a family of 12. The basic necessities were all provided. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. The host was terrific to work with. She was informative, patient, and very kind and welcoming. We would definitely rent this lovely house again.

Family Friendly

This is our 2nd time staying at this VRBO and won't be the last.This place is perfect for our family. We had 3 groups of families stay here and we all fit perfectly with our own areas/levels. Aliesha was an amazing host and has excellent recommendations for the area.

Great family vacation spot

Our big family was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The beds were comfy and the location was great. We had great communication with the owners and everything went smoothly. We would stay here again.

Thanks, Jennifer! I'm so glad you enjoyed it. It's probably good that I use it as my second home too. We cook a lot there, so we like to keep it stocked for that purpose and it's always a pleasant surprise when I rent a house to have the basic items there. I'm so glad you appreciated that! This is a lovely, well stocked, and very clean house! It is spacious, and has multiple patios and indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable. We were in Flag during a pretty warm spell and really appreciated the AC. The host is very responsive and pleasant. I would highly recommend this home, unless someone in your group has mobility issues, in which case the many steps may not be suitable. Great stay!

Great weekend

We had a great stay in Flagstaff to celebrate with family and friends. The residence was perfect size for our group and needs with easy access to the area and attractions. All in all a memorable stay and we would look to rent again if we return.

Lovely and comfortable house

We had a fantastic stay. The house is lovely and comfortable, very well maintained and a great neighborhood. The kitchen was also well stocked and we enjoyed the outside areas as well. We would definitely come back.

Wedding fun

Great location and perfect house for a large family while still giving everyone their own space. Well stocked kitchen and bedding. Would have preferred a 4th shower given that 2 of the 3 showers are within the master suites. Back yard and balconies are the highlights with plenty of outdoor seating. Proximity to NAU campus fields and expressway were a plus for us. Neighborhood was one of the best we saw in Flagstaff. Very comfortable beds too! Overall a great place to stay and would return.

Rod, We really enjoy hosting nice families! Thanks for giving us a review and noticing those Avocado mattresses. My husband researched the best rated mattresses and that was it. Bedding and towels are a big factor for us, so I'm glad you noticed. The backyard too, I did put a lot of thought into entertaining for larger groups. I've been to so many houses and you just want to sit outside, but not well suited for it. I agree the neighborhood, is so cute with the walking paths and that little Mountain School. We would be happy to happy to host you again. Thanks for staying!

We live in Scottsdale and bought this home as a second home for us. It's been a dream of mine for 20 years to have a home in Flagstaff. Luckily we bought in 2020...you know the quarantine days! That gave me time to focus on the house and what started as, let's redo the floors turned into a complete house remodel. We decided to rent the home to help pay for the huge cost of the remodel, so you choosing this house, in effect, you are contributing to that process. We've been hosting our home to really nice families and friends for the past 2 years and have really enjoyed sharing out space.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

The neighborhood is wonderful! It's called Ponderosa Trails and it is named that because of the thousands of Ponderosa pine trees and the intricate trail system through the neighborhood. It's a wonderful area to walk, run or bike. The home is located close to NAU and about 10 minutes from the downtown area. We love this area because it's a great location in town. I think one of the better!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The home has three levels and is great for large, multi-generational families. Often times, the kids are in the lower level "movie room" enjoying their space and the adults are on the main level. We've also done extensive hard-scape to the backyard, including a table for 10 outside. I know when we come up, we want to enjoy the cooler weather outside. There is a fire pit table outside that is great for making s'mores with the kids.
