Please note: Should you require a propane tank during your stay, you`ll be required to fill it up for use. Lock box located on the front door of the home. Sometimes the entry lock can be cold and may take a time to warm up if you do experience any struggles to get in. Place your warm hand over it for a minute to heat it up. You can hold onto the key during your stay but please place it back in the box after locking up and before departure.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine. Any items left behind or furniture moved will incur a fee for disposal individually assessed.

Be mindful of the captivating, yet sometimes elusive Arizona wildlife, do not feed them onsite.

Leave beds un-made and place towels in washing machine with door open.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails.

* If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup. If your stay isn`t during a trash day DO NOT put at street.

No vehicles parked in the street overnight. Ample parking in driveway.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned off at checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings)

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.

Do not alter, remove or cause any damage to landscaping. This action will result in a fine.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.
