This beautiful 2 bedroom condo features its own private courtyard and a few steps from all the one and only Harbor Town Golf Club. Enjoy the beautiful outside patio space when relaxing or entertaining. Sleeps 6 with living room pull out couch. Fully equipped kitchen and tasteful updates make this property ideal for family vacations or traveling with friends.

We allow one pet! Let us know ahead of time, as $140 pet fee is billed separately if you do decide to bring your best friend! (Limit of 1 pet per reservation)

Great Sister Getaway

My two sisters and I had a fabulous stay! Owner was very responsive to our needs and even gifted us a bottle of wine when she realized there was no corkscrew in the condo. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome location!

The pictures of this condo don’t do it justice. The owner has clearly invested on a renovation. If you are a tennis player or golfer, you can’t beat the location — across the road from both Harbourtown facilities. A quick walk through the compile and you’re in the heart of Harbourtown. We’ll be back!

Great Villa in Harbour Town Sea Pines

Lovely villa with large living space, bedrooms, and cute garden deck with privacy fence. It's in a great location - walk through the parking lot through the next building and you're right at Harbour Town near the boats, lighthouse, shopping and restaurants. We brought our 2 kids and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy Hilton Head. They also have 2 bikes that come with the rental. We would definitely book again!

Cute 2 Story Condo

Very nice condo that is in the heart of the harbour. It's right across from the pool and a 3 minute walk to the harbour. The condo itself has plenty of room (fit our family of 6) and has all amenities from stove/oven to laundry. I am hoping to rent this unit every year going forward!

Great location, needs a little TLC

Location and house/layout were great. We enjoyed our stay but the home needs a little TLC. One of the shower faucets won’t turn to hot so we essentially only had one full bath. Many light bulbs were out and a tv remote was missing. If these maintenance items are fixed, it will be a great place to stay for the price.

Property great, can improve on utensils

Property is great. directions to get the car tag was confusiong, we didnt have to go to the mentioned address, we were redirected directly to the gate. Utensiles in kitchen was missing and we could get maybe some more towels and cloth detergent. Ice maker not working also.

Labor Day weekend

This property is in need of some TLC- kitchen needs a good cleaning, refrig has rust on side, pull out has no linens, back patio was overgrown and no privacy in living room on pull out- picture shows curtains. The pictures make unit look large but small living room, dining room and kitchen. Bedrooms were large. But bathroom tub/ showers are worn out. Faucets need replaced… agreed to let us leave at noon and cleaning lady showed up at 11am. Location is fabulous and we love the harbour town bakery and deli.

Renter Beware

The property was dirty. There was hair in the shower drain, wrappers under the beds, reception cards left on the nightstand, etc. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The “courtyard” was useless. It was completely overgrown with moldy furniture. Some of the towels were dirty. The appliances were very dated. The property needs a complete gut.

Master bedroom shower issue

Factual review: i arrived to this condo on August 11th. At approximately 830pm i and my group tried to shower however my master bedroom shower handle would not turn to the hot position due to it being broken(only cold water worked) at approximately 9pm i contacted the property manager by phone and verbo messaging app and stated the issue. Don’t rent here

Based on past reviews of the showers not working I messaged, texted & called the owner. She ignored my messages/calls & only answered when I called from someone else’s phone. She told me the showers were fixed, which they weren’t and probably still aren’t. Pictures of the listing are old/it doesn’t look like that at all. Kitchen is bare bones so it was difficult to make any kind of food there.

We loved the location for walking to the marina and the home was very comfortable. The agents at the Sea Pines welcome center were unable to give us our entry pass. They said we needed to buy directly at the guard booth so that was a bit of an inconvenience. The bikes were in a state of minor disrepair...chain was off on one, brake was stuck on another...but my husband was able to fix them enough to use. Kitchen was sparse on supplies...only one wine glass and no cutting board. Overall, was fine for the limited time we had.

Great location just needs a little TLC

If you are looking for a very basic condo at a great location, this is it! The location could not have been better as it is steps away from Harbourtown with plenty of parking. The condo itself needs some minor maintenance work and attention to detail. All the other reviews are very accurate. There are limited kitchen supplies and utensils. Lots of minor problems such as loose faucets, dishwasher rack off track, light bulbs out, not enough towels, broken box spring! If you are ok with roughing it, this condo will suit you just fine. The owner needs to read the reviews and get a maintenance crew in there.

Great location and wonderful host

Ideally located for our needs right in Harbor Town across from shops, restaurants, and the Harbor Town course. Very easy to communicate with the owner and a comfortable stay. We were in town for a wedding and this made an ideal short stay with access to everything we needed for a long weekend.

Condo in beautiful setting!

The setting of condo was beautiful and within walking distance of Harbortown. The beds were very comfortable with nice big spacious bedrooms. We couldn’t use 2 bicycles because 1 had flat tire and other had broken seat. Left 2 burners on stove did not work and dishwasher rack off track. Air conditioning functioned sporadically. This condo just needs a little TLC maintenance.

Not as Advertised

The photos are not representative of the current condo, including furniture, beds, paint colors, condition, etc. As we approached the condo the first indication of a problem is that there is an old rusted and broken gate leading to the front entry. Before you get to the door, the inoperable bikes are chained to a filthy bench that hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The cleanliness of the interior was acceptable; however, there were a lot of minor problems. The door to the half bath sticks, the kitchen faucet was very loose, the kitchen cabinet trim pieces were broken, and there is evidence of several poorly attempted repairs throughout. The rental does not include the fee to enter Sea Pines and it does not include access to a beautiful pool directly across the street. The lock on one the bikes was broken and could not be removed and one of the bikes had a flat tire. The property manager never responded to a request about the issues with the bikes. I have stayed at more than 30 VRBO properties, and this is only the third property that I would not recommend.

Beautiful and great location

Our stay at ketch court was perfect! The condo was more updated then what the pictures show. It was very clean and the check in process was simple and fast. The trolley to the beach was right next to the condo and the walk to harbor town was only a few steps away. We would love to stay here again!

The Spot

The Villa was located in a very nice spot, However it was never said that the Villa was upstairs and down stairs, we perferred just one floor because of knee problems. Over all it was nice.

Short walk to everything! The Harbour Town light house is steps away and plenty of restaurants and marina fun events! Children's playground is a short walk with boutique shopping everywhere! Also a golfers perfect setup with the Harbour Town golf links across the street.
