Great week away!

We had 9 of us in our group and we all fit very comfortably! The view of the beach/ocean was great. Most mornings were spent on the balcony enjoying the view. Our group really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo. The condo is very spacious, and had just about everything we needed. There was room to spread out, entertain, find rest and come back together as a huge family. It would have been nice if the floors were not gritty when we got there, and two of the bathrooms need their drains cleaned as they backed up every time we used the sinks. The kitchen also could have used a few non-stick pans and been more organized. Those are minor complaints though. The beds were comfortable, balcony is HUGE, kitchen space, living room, bedrooms, etc are very, very nice. We would definitely visit again.

90 miles of Beach, and, score- perfect!

Beaches, Vacation- View and serenity- This property offered both and was a true jackpot- quiet and perfect location- about 10 min. from everything South, Central and North. Also quiet and private. I don't think we could've had a better view of all of Myrtle Beach (North and South) from this property, and the Beach was not crowded. If anyone asks me where to stay, I'm going to say Windy Hill.. If we could bring our dog I'd already be booking my next stay. (Not leaving him again). As far as the unit, also score, 5 bedrooms fit all 9 of us nicely (3 couples and older teens). Again, the view, I can't say enough about the view- We could' ve stayed on the deck all day for 7 days and not have been disappointed with our vacation. Also, dining and living area were spacious and gorgeous. If there were any areas of improvement: 1) Coffee pots leaked everywhere, both, one that was out, and, one in closet. Wasn't much of a big deal to buy a coffee pot for $12 at Walmart (which I left, hope the next tenant enjoys), but, little things like this, making sure appliances work, goes a long way to make tenants feel appreciated on a big-ticket rental. 2) Housekeeping does not come by at all. Again not a big deal, we're Okay to clean up after ourselves, but, please have a vacuum in the unit that works. Floors from all the sand were so unbearable by day two we had to leave our shoes on pretty much the whole balance of the week (vacuum was not something I was not willing to purchase and leave behind). Would've love a way to clean to floors. 3) I stay a lot of places and cook on my own. Would've been nice if the kitchen had at least some cooking spices, we had to buy everything, even salt, pepper and sugar, was the first time, even Covid, we had to do this. We did leave all the spices we bought behind, hope the next person enjoys them. 4) We drove, 12 hr. drive. Would've been really nice if we didn't have to pick up our keys a whole 20 minutes out of our way, and, before 4:00 PM (unit was advertises late check-in was available, day before check in I received a call I had to pick up my keys in-person and before 4:00 PM).. made for a really miserable day leaving Cleveland, Oh at 3:30a in the morning.. I would've booked somewhere else, or, flown in if I knew this was the case. Same thing with needing to drop keys, at least we could drop outside of business hours, but would've made things alot easier if we could've left them in the unit.

Retirement Party

5 Retired Firefighters and their wives were looking to get away. We celebrated careers and life long friendships. This property was perfect for our get away. Very spacious and comfortable. The location was close to everything and most importantly right on the beach. We will definitely be back next year!

Great stay!

Looks exactly as pictured. Great ocean views and nice set up for my family. We had 9 people in our party and everyone had space to spread out and relax. Kitchen well stocked. Had one hiccup with the freezer leaking, but taken care of as soon as they were able. Process was easy and service was great! We would definitely stay here again!

As advertised

The batteries for the remotes in the unit were confusing. Nearly all remotes had no batteries in them. It wasn't until day 2 that we figured out that they were all in a little box that was on the entertainment center's shelf. Some sort of message about that would be nice. Also, there was an issue with the refrigerator leaking. Notified maintenance, through the app. No response was given and we returned back to the unit later in the day to find that someone had come in to look at the refrigerator. Response time was great, but it would have been nice to be notified that someone was coming. There was items left out in the open that we would have preferred to have put away if we would have known someone was coming while we may have been gone.

Beautiful and clean!

Clean, beautiful interior and gorgeous view. The large patio was great for all of us to be able to sit outside together. The kitchen had anything you could need. Full size washer and dryer were perfect. Elevators were fast so no long waits to go up 16 flights. Had it rained at all there are games and plenty of books to sit indoors with but luckily we didn’t need them. Would definitely stay again.
