Enjoy this completely remodeled spacious first floor two bedroom villa in Shipyard with exquisite lagoon and golf views. Sleeps 6. Tons of outdoor space to enjoy the views! Relax on the lounge chairs overlooking the lagoon and golf course. Enjoy meals on the Veranda and covered porch with plenty of seating. Or read a book on the outdoor couch and gliders. Free tennis and pickleball on any of the 6 courts in the complex. Gorgeous pool area with Gazebo overlooking community lake. Easy bike ride to the beach on the trails in Shipyard. Beach chairs, beach buggy, beach towels, tennis rackets and balls included in the guest closet for guest use. Come enjoy a fabulous vacation in Hilton Head!

It is a NON-SMOKING, NO PET villa inside and out. Remodeled villa with new kitchen and bathrooms with granite counter tops, porcelain tile, wood and carpeted floors, and new lights. There is a new 65" flat screen smart TV above the fireplace, a new flat screen TV in the master bedroom and in the guest bedroom.

Walk through the door to relax and enjoy the remodeled villa in Evian. This is an end unit with large windows on three sides.

The kitchen opens to the living room and dining room and features new granite counter tops which wrap around the kitchen. A great granite serving area between the kitchen, dining, and living rooms is perfect for meals and entertaining.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking and food preparation with new small appliances. There is a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, range, and a pantry for storage.

The living room is bright and new with a granite top bar & sink and a tiled fireplace. Brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. The adjacent dining room is open and airy.

French doors lead from both the dining room and master bedroom into a private patio with exquisite views of the lagoon and golf course that are just steps from the villa. New patio pavers. The patio has both a covered veranda and an open area and is equipped with a patio table and chairs, two chaise lounges and outdoor sofa and two gliders.

The large en suite bedroom is bright and sunny with large windows and french doors which overlook the lagoon and patio. It has a king size bed with a new 43" tv, sitting area with love seat to enjoy the sunshine and the view.

Walk into the spa-like en suite bathroom which has been completely remodeled with a tile shower, large granite double sink vanity and tile floors.

The guest bedroom is equipped with twin XL beds with new Serta i-comfort mattresses, comforters, bed skirts and a flat screen TV.

The guest bath is remodeled with everything new featuring a granite counter top, vanity, beautiful round mirror, and new tiled shower, tub and floors.

The laundry room is adjacent to the bedrooms with a full size washer and dryer and plenty of shelving for storage.

This place was incredibly clean, and all of the details were so well thought out. The outdoor space is beautiful, and it truly feels like home. The host went above and beyond and truly made the experience and vacation even better. She was always available and even kept me up to date on anything happening around the villa. I would highly recommend this place! If only all hosts were like this!

Everything a family could need for a comfortable stay was provided. Excellent location with close proximity to pool and beach access. Back porch overlooks canal with lots of wildlife to enjoy. Close to many places to eat and shop too. Host provides outstanding service and we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do this property justice. The owner has thought of everything to ensure that her guests feel as if they are in their own home. Lagoon/golf course view could not have been better. Highly, highly recommend renting this villa.

This extremely clean villa is above a 10/10 rating!! It offers a uniquely designed south facing patio with a beautiful 180 degree view of the golf course and lagoon ā€¦ together with plenty of additional shaded seating, if preferred. Great wildlife to watch.The tastefully designed furniture is all new or like new and extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the adjustable recliners. The kitchen is spacious and offers an abundance of kitchen items ā€¦ with much included that isnā€™t always found in a vacationhome.Cindy, the owner and host is to be highly commended for her prompt responses to any questions and her consideration for her guests. She is outstanding!Much appreciation for a wonderful vacation at a beautiful villa. We are already planning our return visit.

Well equipped Condo in Shipyard

We had a great visit staying in this family friendly condo. We loved borrowing the umbrella, beach toys, and towels. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, but could use some small/medium Tupperware with lids. We had a relaxing stay!

A Tasteful Treasure

This villa was absolutely beautiful and exceptionally comfortable! We appreciated all of the wonderful amenities that made our stay amazing and all of the tasteful design touches. Most importantly we were thankful for the hosts thoughtful communication! Additionally, we appreciated the peaceful serenity and privacy of the stunning outdoor living space. Christmas in Hilton Head

Wonderful villa that was decorated beautifully (especially for Christmas) and has fantastic view of the golf course! Villa felt like home from the moment we walked in. Cindy is a fabulous host and very responsive! Looking forward to staying again and highly recommended.

This villa was perfect for our stay in Hilton Head. Itā€™s close to Coligny and Shelter Cove, and a quick bike ride to the beach. The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. We loved sitting on the patio watching wildlife and golfers. It was such a peaceful and relaxing vacation for us! Cindy was a wonderful host. She was very thorough with check-in and check-out instructions as well as quick to respond to any questions. We canā€™t wait to come back!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!Everything about our stay was wonderful. Cindy is so helpful and just a delight to communicate with back and forth. Any questions we had, she answered and she also provided additional information that I hadnā€™t even thought to ask. The wildlife watching was incredible! The location is beautiful and so relaxing.
