The second bedroom has a queen size bed and private entrance to the second full bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy your crab feast and other meals at the table for six in the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living area with two bar stools for additional seating. After a day at the beach, relax on the screened porch with views over the salt marsh.

Bethany Bay offers an outdoor community swimming pool (seasonal dates apply - typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day only), hot tub, 9 hole executive golf course (additional fees apply), basketball court, tennis & pickelball courts (reservations required), volleyball court, wooded nature trails, fishing pond, playground, paved walking paths, and a kayak launch to the bay. Use of the unit’s guest passes to the community pool included with the reservation. Bring your golf clubs, bikes, and kayaks to fully enjoy this beautiful setting on the Indian River Bay. Visit the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach, Fenwick Island, Ocean City, and other beach attractions nearby. Owner provides beach chairs (as they last the season) and storage in the garage for your beach toys during your stay.
