Welcome to your vacation home away from home in this beautifully decorated and well-appointed 1st floor 2 bath Condo situated within a 420 acre coastal nature preserve along the Indian River Bay.
This property is available year round and there is always something to do in the area.Very convenient, yet secluded from the summer hustle and traffic.


Enjoy the expansive views off the screened in porch that provides solitude and the beauty of this coastal habitat. Enjoy great sunsets from the back porch overlooking the Marsh that favor the Serengeti. Five miles from Bethany Beach, close to all conveniences and local attractions. This trip was such a wonderful and special vacation for my child and I. He loved it so much and asked if we could stay here again next year. The house was so warm and personal. Like staying at a relatives home.

It was an amazing stay! The property is super clean. The property manager is friendly and always replied quickly to our messages. The description of the property is correct. We used the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is exceptionally clean! The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is so clean and beautiful. There are deer that roam throughout the neighborhood and theyre very friendly. We got some great pics of the deer with the marsh behind them. Host communication was great as well. HIGHLY RECCOMEND this place to anyone. Its very close to Bethany Beach and Maryland!

It was a wonderful stay. The pool and recreational amenities were just a short walk away. The view from the back patio was beautiful with lots of deer and birds to see with the beautiful geography. The condo was very comfortable and wonderfuly decorated. All the amenities you could want or need from cooking utensils to blankets. Everything was clean and cozy and the wifi and TVs worked great. Hope to go back again!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and wonderful. The dehumidifier was lound and needed emptying regularly, but it didn't feel muggy or musty inside so it was totally worth it!

We were pleased to be able to stay at Keith's property in Ocean View while taking a tennis clinic in Bethany. Check in was seamless and although we arrived very late and were exhausted, we were quickly able to make ourselves at home in the kitchen, where there were enough pots and utensils to make an omelette for supper without having to get creative! Keith lives nearby and was quick to respond to our queries. Throughout our stay we especially enjoyed the beach decor and the screened-in porch. In the evening we watched as 20 or so deer paraded by the porch, stopping a minute to stare back at us, before prancing into the shrubbery. We also enjoyed the convenience of the resort amenities (pool, tennis, golf) and took full advantage of the walking trails. Bethany was just a few minutes drive, so we hope to stay again next year!

Delaware Beach Getaway

The property was found as expected (Clean, nice location, met all our expectations). It's about 10 - 15 minutes away from Bethany Beach and other beaches are around 30 minutes away. We loved our stay and would recommend this property.

Beautiful Stay minutes from the beach.

This location was perfect for us. Not too far from the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Was a nice quiet stay with great views of the wilderness behind the unit. Keith was extremely pleasant to work with and addressed our questions quickly. Overall five star experience!

Relaxing stay

This condo was perfect for the four of us. Enough room to spend time together and also find space when needed. We spent most of our days at the beach (15 mins away), so this was close enough and far enough at the same time. We enjoyed a pool day in the community. They have a "no splash zone" which is a nice feature. Loved the screened in porch. My husband and I enjoyed having our coffee out there in the morning and relaxing with our books in the evening. Saw deer and birds daily. We would definitely rent this place again!!

Didn't want to leave!

The home is beautiful. Was able to see a mama & fawn the first morning and the next morning we saw two young bucks from the back deck. If you own binoculars bring them! The home is well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. We visited Rehoboth Beach, and OceanCity Beach. The pool on premises is great to take a dip when returning from the beach and the hot tub is very soothing. We went to the Tanger Outlets one day. We visited the Dickens Parlour theatre and saw magician Andrew Goldenhersh perform. And took a dolphin tour At Cape Water Tours and we saw dolphins. The little local shops are great and we even had Louisiana style SnoBalls at Bonkey's ice cream shop. I would love to return next summer!

This is a beautifully appointed and impeccably clean unit with stunning views. The decor is tasteful, the furnishings are comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked, though we mostly enjoyed trying local restaurants. Beds were soft and cozy, though we missed having a King-sized bed. Our daughter loved her room; it was feminine and lovely. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was clean, relaxing, and a nice bonus during our stay. We also made a sweet new friend, a friendly local cat!Closet space was generous, though a few more hangers would have been helpful. Linens and towels felt a bit basic compared to the otherwise well-decorated and thoughtfully styled unit, and we had to request extra bath towels upon arrival. We received the extra towels the following day, so it was a small hiccup overall.Our main reason for rating 4 stars instead of 5 was the loud and persistent noise from the unit above. Despite earplugs, white noise, and the AC fan, heavy stomping was frequent at all hours, including during quiet times, which made it difficult to rest and disrupted the “relaxing and serene” atmosphere described in the listing. The host did reach out to the upstairs owner on our behalf, but the issue persisted through the end of our stay. If you're not sensitive to noise or staying during a quieter time, this could be the perfect spot. For us, despite how lovely the unit was, we’ve learned that ground-floor rentals may not be the best fit going forward.

Really gorgeous space in pristine condition. It exceeded our expectations & was much roomier than we anticipated. The screened-in porch out back was a lovely place to drink our morning coffee & the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful pool in the development & the nature trails as well! Would give 10 stars if I could!
