Amazing new/modern condo-Walk to beach, Marina and pools. Red Hook/bars near by!

This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular bar connected to the kitchen, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, marina and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, bar with bar stools, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Great location close to Red Hook and Sapphire Beach, I would be afraid to walk to Red Hook though, take a cab.Unit is nice and clean - well appointed with up to date appliances. No dishwasher if you use a lot dishes. Be aware the plates on hand are not microwave safe.All in all a great unit.

The Condo was as described except for a few somewhat minor things that I wished I had full disclosure of. There are 2 sets of stairs to get to condo (nice to know if one has knee issues) and the view of the marina would have been wonderful, except there is a big pile of rubble in front of deck, unfortunately. It was nice to have beach chairs and coolers, the beach towels could be updated. Other than that a good location.

The power went out 3 times in the property and the owner is aware, he provides an extension cord and no real solution. Would never stay here again.

I stayed at this condo in Sapphire Village, St. Thomas from September 8ā€“15, 2025, and had a wonderful experience. Communication with the host, Raleigh, was quick, clear, and professional, with accurate information provided ahead of the trip that made everything smooth and stress-free.The condo itself was beautiful, clean, modern, and very comfortable. It had everything we neededā€”truly felt like being at home. For the first five days, I stayed alone, and then two children and another adult joined me for the last two days. The space easily accommodated all of us without feeling crowded.The location is excellent: a short walk to Sapphire Beach, with a lovely view of the marina and sea from the balcony. Red Hook and the ferry dock are only about a 3-minute drive away, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, or day trips to St. John. The property is gated and feels safe, with the added bonus of an on-site restaurant and a lovely pool.Overall, this condo made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return on a future trip to St. Thomas. Highly recommended!

The location, and place were perfect. Close to the pool, sudi's and sapphire beach and red hook to catch the ferry to st. John. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!

Raleigh was great providing info, easy check in package and a nice condo. Beach is short walk away. Great price !Just know you cant walk to Red Hook to catch the ferry even though on 5 min away. Use open safari bus at top of hill to get there for only 2 and then take taxi back. The bus goes around island but they really dont want you to occupy the seat all the way..2 hr clockwise. Sudi's was great and Natalie was awesome!

Best Spot on Island, nice Condo!

The Condo was clean, stocked with soaps, and in very good condition! The rooms were renovated and comfortable. We believe this is the best area on the island. The community is also gated which made us feel secure. The Proximity to Sapphire Beach was amazing, that was the best part! It was hard to contact the owner via messaging and text, so I had to call him. Other than that, the trip was excellent!

Much needed vacation beautiful sapphire beach

Sun, beach and peaceful place to stay. We had a very update condo that over looked marina and was just a 5 minute walk to beach. Condo was outfitted to accommodate most of our needs. Wished it had a crockpot since I like to cook meals through out the day for evening. Also no cable tv so that was a miss for us tried our best to mirror from our phones worked most of the time. Minor issue was loss of power especially in middle of night got warm. Overall will be back for a return trip.

Very disappointing

The unit was a little difficult to find. It was on the bottom floor. I was traveling with a friend who is handicapped. There are no ADA accommodations at this facility. No ramps only stairs. This was not in the information provided by the host. Also, the view from the unit is of a trailer and deserted boats. The unit was fairly clean and well equipped. However the bedroom had an odor. Since my friend could not access the condo we had to find other accommodations. I have requested a refund or partial refund from the host without success. I would advise anyone who wishes to rent this unit to be very careful especially if you have special needs.

The property description says it all... Was perfect for a short stay. Raleigh the host was super helpful and responsive and provided great service. This was our second visit to this property and we're looking forward to visiting again. 6 out of 5 stars

First Time in St. Thomas

The property checked all the boxes. Great location, close to the beach, the bar and Red Hook. It was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed for two nights at this condo- location was nice and overall complex is excelllent (nice pool and Sudiā€™s restaurant and bar are fantastic). Unfortunately there was construction going on in the building so it was noisy and we couldnā€™t sit on the terrace-that was the only downside

I really went over the top when renovating this unit! It has all new flooring throughout (even on the patio), granite countertops, backsplash, built in bar by kitchen, two 55 inch flat screens and more. It has high end furniture, bar stools, awesome artwork, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkel gear, and coolers. I am steps from one of the pools and have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is truly the best you'll find! We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and 1/2 mile to Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment!!
