Beautiful Beachfront home nestled in the exclusive Singing Sands neighborhood with community pool access. This home offers 5 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The breathtaking views sleep 18 and has plenty of room for your party to relax on the multiple decks overlooking the beach while soaking in the sun!

Wide open floor plan, high ceilings, and large rooms full of windows create a "sunny" feel during your visit. This home is completely renovated and boasts natural sunlight throughout.

The outdoor area is great for entertaining friends, family, and your little furry friends. It includes both built-in & mobile charcoal grills, a wooden swing, chair & picnic table, and a flagstone outdoor patio with a fire pit and plenty of chairs & end tables. There's also an official-sized horseshoe pit and a lighted area to play Corn Hole for your enjoyment!

Underneath the house there is a garage with a beach wagon, chairs, sand toys, floats & sports equipment, plus an outdoor shower, a faucet to clean your feet (or the dogs), and a fish-cleaning station with a sink.

For your furry friends, there is a two gate system outside to keep your pets in our fenced-in grass yard, or up the stairs on the first floor deck (or both), and inside there is water & food bowls, chew toys, poop bags & "Breezy Dog" treats!

Breezy Days Beach House also includes it's own 24/7 Concierge Service that is able to assist with anything related to the house and any guidance regarding the Bolivar Peninsula during your stay. This was a wonderful place to stay and perfect for our family! The host responded to all our requests, the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was huge and stocked with all the things we needed. We definitely want to return!!!!

We had a great time staying here over the holidays. Very pet friendly, we loved having a fenced in yard! Beautiful view and easy beach access. Everyone loved the hot tub! The property manager was very prompt at answering and addressing any concerns.

The management property rocks!

Marc and team helped us through some pretty weather issues. They were flexible, helpful and all up awesome. They allowed our trip to remain amazing!!! And the house was great . Amazing family trip!

Great family vacation

Great location, easy access to the beach with a great view. Everything we needed was available for our week stay all we had to get was food. The management company was great to work with. I would recommend this property.

Very Nice House in a Perfect Location

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a perfect location and the surrounding neighborhood is really nice. We enjoyed the pool as well as very easy access to the beach. Our only disappointment was that we brough our dogs and the fence in the backyard had 3-4 large holes in it. Our small dog was able to easily escape.

Time with family priceless

As a family we always enjoy our time together at the beach. We usually fish, cookout, and just relax with no schedules. The home was the right size and accommodated our family well. I'm sure with a few touches from the owner the home will accommodate the next guests as well. The outside lights are all out but one and those stairs need to be lit up at night. The community pool is a definite plus! The view and sounds from the water on the beach were wonderful. I can't thank Daphne enough for being available for any questions or issues.

Forth of July 2023 Celebration

This home had everything you needed from kitchen, bathroom and outdoor living. Beach towels, toys for the beach and games inside. Kitchen was well equipped with every utensils you would ever need from coffee makers to crock pots and blenders. The fridge had filtered water. The bathrooms were well equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner & toilet paper. One of the main things that helped me was the lift. Having to use a walker it was hard for me to get up and down the stairs. I was able to sit on my walker in the lift and ride back and forth. Which enabled me to go more. I could ride the golf cart to the beach even though it was a very short walk. Plus a good way to load and unload your luggage’s. This place had an amazing view of the ocean. Very clean and nice neighborhood. The beach area was very clean and not crowded like most are. The host was amazing and got back with you immediately. Some of the bedrooms didn’t have fans. But I’m sure they would have provide them for us if we had asked. The only draw back for me, and this is only because I have a bad back and knee, is there was no recliner. The old picture on there showed one. That was why we picked this place. Just something to consider because there are a lot people who need one for comfort. I know a number of people who have to sleep in them to relieve pain. It would open the door for more types of people to be able to come enjoy the beach. Thank you for letting us use this beautiful home! We truly enjoyed it!!

Perfect beach location

We loved our time at this property. Beautiful views, very close to the beach, plenty of beach towels, beach gear (boogie boards, shovels, buckets, chairs) dishes, pans, silverware, etc. Owners were very quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful!

The views from the deck are wonderful! Sunrises were gorgeous! The home is very comfortable, the kitchen is outfitted with everything you would need. Plenty of towels. I would definitely stay here again!

Best Time at Breezy Days

My extended family had a great end of summer stay at Breezy Days. The house was clean, well stocked, and just a short walk to the beach! There was plenty of room for all of us in the kitchen, and for the kids to sprawl out after a day of sunshine at the beach. Thanks to Mark and his team for such a great rental, definitely on my list for another trip!

The home is great and view is Super! The location of the home is a best! We had a great time with friends, kids, and our dogs. Yes, pet friendly as well. Mark is great and very prompt with communication. This is my first time visiting crystal beach and definitely will come back!

Great House

This house was great! It’s on a piece of the beach that isn’t so crowded, which we appreciated. The only negative was the pullout couch bed was really not good. Everything else was wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and silverware. We enjoyed three fun, beautiful days on the beach and four cool, relaxing nights out on the balcony. Great experience!!

Breezy Days Beach House

This house is amazing! The owner, Mark, is very easy to get in touch with and will take care of any concerns. He has renovated the house, it’s very nice and was very clean when we arrived. Right on the beach and just a short walk to the water. I highly recommend this home. This was our second year in a row to stay in this home. We love it!

Wonderful place to take a break

The location of this property is superb with views of the ocean from two balconies and an easy walk to the beach. We had five households converge for a long weekend with six vehicles and there was still room for more parking. The outdoor shower and access to a water hose were helpful and well used. Having access to the garage allowed us to unload fishing gear and coolers while we went to spend the day in Galveston. The grill was used, as was the cleaning station. There is a nice little fenced in area to contain pets and gates at the bottom and top of the stairs to contain pets and/or kids. We almost could have spent the whole weekend outside. But....the house was wonderful too! The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish you could possibly need (even sippy cups for the kids), silverware for a small army and a very useful icemaker in the large fridge. We used almost all of the appliances and everything was easy to use and well appointed. The dining table is huge with lots of seating and we even found a high chair tucked away in a closet (thank you! It was a lifesaver!) The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. There is a TV for every room, if you're inclined to watch one when you're not busy doing all the other things. The washer and dryer were well used with 14 of us in the house. We would have been sad to have to go to a laundromat and miss out on family time. We did hang a clothesline downstairs to hang and dry the beachtowels and swimsuits. The wind coming off the water really did the job. Thank you again for letting us enjoy your property. We look forward to our next trip down.

Family vacation

The location of the beach house could not have been better. It was well stocked with kitchen and bath items. I had never used a VRBO before and we did not get the code until 15 minutes before check in, which made me a little stressed. The only complaint I have, is that there is a cargo lift at this property but it was locked and we could not use it. This was a big problem for us since my husband had knee surgery 4 months ago and it was very difficult for him to drag 2 heavy suitcases up and down two flights of stairs. Overall stay was ok

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family (6 adults and 5 kids). We loved the location on the beach and found it to be less crowded than other parts. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood pool! The house was well equipped and clean and the owner was excellent to work with. We would definitely rent again!
