If you are looking for a spacious , single level condo with a lot of amenities at an oceanfront resort, Surfline Properties has the place for you!

Surf Rise is a first floor 2 bed 2 bath luxury condo located in the Villa Capriani resort. The large 1200 square foot condo is spread out on one level, so there are no stairs to climb! There are two bedrooms, 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, full size laundry room and open concept living area.

The spacious king master suite with a full bath takes up one entire side of the condo to provide privacy. It also has a sink, coffee maker, table/chairs and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The second bedroom has twin beds connected to the second full bath. There is also another queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

You can watch the sunrise on the balcony that offer views of two of the 3 pools, as well as the ocean and the Seaview Pier. The covered balcony is ideally located to provide some privacy while allowing great views.
Villa Capriani offers true Topsail Island luxury with many onsite amenities. Elevators are available to provide easy access to every floor of the resort. The onsite restaurant with a bar is one of the favorite dining spots on the island.

The central courtyard boasts one huge pool, two smaller pools with waterfalls, a kiddie pool and a jetted tub. There is plenty of room for relaxing and sunning on the pool decks. Community beach access is right though the courtyard to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

Bed linens and towels are included with no extra fees.

We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels and basic soaps to get you started.

Two cars are permitted per rental and we will supply the parking permits for use during your stay. There is additional parking across the street by the tennis courts. The condo has a coded lock on the front door, so you can go directly to the unit and check yourself in using the provided code.
Between June 1 and mid-August, reservations are Saturday-Saturday. The remainder of the year, there is a 3-night minimum stay with check in and check out allowed on any day.

Overall great stay. The pool, restaurant, and beach access were the best features of the stay. The owners were very involved and responsive. They checked in throughout the stay and had great manual to the home. Description was quite accurate. Areas for improvement/consideration: the home smelled unpleasant. We looked at the intake and the filter was quite dirty. Probably the source of the musty smell. I would brings air freshener. The linen was low quality and rough. I would bring your own sheets.

We had a great time and the hosts were very friendly. Notes for future guests:If the elevator is out, which it was for 4 days of our stay, it becomes very hard to navigate with strollers/wagons/wheelchairs because of two steps by the functional elevators. The entire unit needs a deep clean. Dishes had to be cleaned before using them and the floors turned our feet and crawling baby’s clothes black from day 1. We were provided 4 bath towels for 5 people for a week.

Hosts were excellent, communicative, and condo was well setup for us. Early check-in was available as well, which was a plus even if we weren't able to utilize it. Villa was very nice. We only used the main/large pool, but all the pools seemed clean and well kept. Easy beach access right off the pool deck. Only complaint was the parking situation at the villa. Very limited permit-only parking on-site. The lot was frequently full (including several cars without permits, so that didn't appear to be well-enforced). There is a restaurant on-site, which was great, but it is open to the community and we expect that it was part of the problem with parking. There was a large lot across the street, but it was a bit frustrating not being able to park in the condo's on-site lot due to the limited space. Would definitely consider staying here again despite the parking situation, though.

Lovely vacation

Our unit was clean, cozy and just wonderful! Owners were so kind and responsive - just needed a battery replacement and batteries were replaced within an hour of requesting. We had the Best time with our young family and we will be back!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, great location, clean, on-site restaurant was a nice bonus. The only thing I would note is if all of the pools and hot tubs are important to you, check the status of when they open. We stayed mid-April and only one pool was open, all others were waiting state inspection.

Best beach

We came for a short stay mid week to soak up some sun and relax on the beach. This property helped us do this. Clean, cute, private best beach. Would come again. On site restaurant great as well! 10/10 recommend.

Winter Get Away

Stayed for the month of March in this wonderful villa. This was not our first time staying at Jim and Tammy's property and I'm sure it won't be the last ! They deserve the label of "premier hosts". This villa has everything you might need for your stay and then some. Very comfortable, very clean and it's quickly become our favorite. I highly recommend dealing with Jim and Tammy, they are delightful and so very willing to make sure you have a great stay.. Thanks for a great winter get away !!

Great hosts, very communicative and helpful. The area is really nice and quiet. The property is clean and very nice. Didn’t use the pool or spa since the weather was not the best, but it looks like it would be great in the summer.

Great location

Wonderful location. Much better place to stay then the last time in topsail. Small beach view from room but a 2 minute walk to beach. Loved the fact had linen and toys to play on the beach with.

Great place

Our family has been staying at the Villa for many years, and once again had a great stay. The condo was beautiful and was perfect for our 4 year old and 9 month old. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed the very roomy living room. As always the beach and pools were wonderful and relaxing. The only issue during the week was 2 of 3 elevators not working, luckily we were on the 1st floor, but other family members staying higher were definitely affected. Hopefully the issue is fixed soon. Otherwise it was a great week!

Great Location

Great stay and location. I was traveling with my daughter and I felt very safe there as it was very family oriented. The location im regards to the ocean was amazing and the pools were great. Overall great experience and I would do it again.

memorable vacation

We made so many wonderful memories here and kids are already begging to come back! Amazing, quick to respond hosts! The place exceeded our expectations, had beautiful accommodations and more than we needed. The pool was clean, never busy and perfect temp. The perfect spot for a family wanting to enjoy quality time. Restaurant on site had great food as well. Nothing but great things to stay about the place, area and resort!

Surf Rise is a roomy condo that is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. All rooms of the condo are located on one level so no stairs to climb. There is even an elevator and luggage carts to help get yourself and all of your gear to front door.
