We are happy to hear that you had a nice stay overall and enjoyed our property's excellent location! We were surprised to hear this feedback on the showers since we were in communication during your visit and we would have gladly stopped by to address those concerns if we had been alerted. We did not find mold in either shower but out of an abundance of caution, our housekeeping team spent extra time in those areas and attending to the drains. In the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll gladly help in any way we can. As for pricing, we appreciate your honest feedback. We take great care to set competitive rates compared to other neighboring properties (we see your nightly rate was only $288 plus taxes and fees, and most are $350 at this time of year) but we will take this into consideration. How lovely! Thank you for sharing your favorite details about our oceanfront villa and it's close proximity to the pool and beach! Yes, the open concept living space is fabulous and the patio leading out to the boardwalk is so convenient. On the other hand, you're right that the distance from the parking lot is not incredibly convenient. However, like you noted, the property's beauty and location are worth the effort. We did not receive images through our real estate photography partner of the walk up to the building when our listing photos were originally taken, but we can see how those would be helpful. We will hunt some images down and add those as soon as possible to our gallery. We do have a part in our description asking travelers to please note there are stairs required both inside and outside the unit (with inside being shown in some photos) but adding exterior walkway images will be a priority. As for your other comments, we are sincerely sorry that you thought the listing was misleading due to the stairs. Our listing photos do show the interior stairs in multiple images, and the boardwalk to the pool is photographed as well, featuring many stairs. At this time, our real estate photographer has not provided images of the walkway from the parking lot to the front door, but you are correct there are some stairs involved. This is perhaps the only downside of being in the "up front" Beach Walker buildings, which are still more sought-after since they have the closest beach access. Technically our condo is still considered "ground-level" because it opens to the ground off the main living area and guests can walk off that back patio straight to the ocean. Again, we are sorry for any confusion and see how additional imagery could help. We invite any travelers wondering about accessibility to reach out, as we certainly do not want to misguide anyone. We are very glad you found the villa to be as advertised and you thoroughly enjoyed your visit! Yes, we recommend in our check-in instructions that guests do not only rely on GPS and make sure to refer to our directions because GPS does not always lead travelers to the main security gate and to the correct part of the resort. As for the villa's accessibility, it is definitely set back from the parking area a bit and we are happy to answer any questions on this and the required stairs.
