Perfect location in a fun town

Easy walk to SPAC, the Race Course, Saturday/Sunday farmers market, etc. Very nice house, with all the amenities. Beautiful pool and yard.

Perfect House for our griup

We stayed for 2 nights at this great house. Great location, spacious 3 bedroom house with a great pool to dip in at the end of a hot day. Communication with the owner was great and we highly recommend this property.

Saratoga Weekend

The house was super clean and updated. Pool and patio area we're also very nice and put to good use by our group. Debbie was an excellent VRBO host. Our communication was clear and easy throughout the booking and stay.

Great long weekend

Was very comfortable, well appointed and clean! Would recommend closely reading the house description, the backyard and pool are shared areas. We were slightly surprised at folks right in the back yard at 9am. Host was awesome to work with, responsive and kind!

Clean home walkable to town, SPAC and track

This rental was a complete win! First off one of the nicest families ever! It’s very private and completely fenced in! The pool is immaculate and there’s tons of seating.. the inside of the house is adorable and very clean.. the master shower is amazing and the bed is comfy! The upstairs area is a huge bonus having a bedroom and another hang out area! Debbie and her whole entire family is incredible! We’ll be back!

Badly misrepresented listing

We arrived at this property to find we could not access with the door code provided. Also facing a warning on the door, that the owner/property was armed. Alarming. Inside we found a dirty swiffer on the sofa, a dirty refrigerator full of the owner’s food i.e. half eaten fruit, used condiments, assorted other items which made it impossible for us to put our cold items inside. The pantry was the same. No room for groceries of any kind. The closets were full to overflowing with clothing, shoes, makeup, change dishes, hats, etc. The fan in the “master” did not work. Although the owner advised that she had a “compound” with her father, what was not clear was the proximity of the family to the swimming pool, mere feet, and the extended family was directly beside the pool the entire time we tried to enjoy it. There is no privacy whatsoever. The host also wished to communicate via text. Our young adult children would not access the pool as they felt uncomfortable. We promptly found other accommodation on a different platform and luckily were able to salvage our stay. The host has also lied proclaiming that she showed us proof there were no weapons in the house. Simply untrue. We have rented nearly 50 times, on this and other platforms, by far, this was the worst experience.

We are truly sorry to hear that this guest felt their stay did not meet expectations. However, much of what is described here is either inaccurate or greatly exaggerated. Our property is always professionally cleaned and prepared before each stay. There are no weapons kept inside the home, and at no point was the safety of our guests at risk. The refrigerator and pantry are thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, with space available for groceries. Closets may contain neatly stored essentials, but there is always ample space for guest belongings. The picture of the closet is not how it looked when I left it. The pool area is part of our shared family property, which is clearly described in the listing, and many guests have enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. While the guest mentions a lack of privacy, most of our visitors appreciate the friendly environment and the opportunity to enjoy the pool.We always encourage guests to reach out directly with any concerns so they can be resolved immediately. We take great pride in our hosting, and this is the very first time we’ve received a review like this after many successful stays. Our history of consistently positive feedback reflects the true experience of staying here. We remain committed to providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable space for every guest.

Great host and property near track.

4 of us attended Travers weekend for 3 nights and the property was great for us and walking distance to the track and barn in the morning. You won’t regret booking with Deborah.

House is even nicer than the pictures. Everything is high end in the house. Location can’t be beat, only a few blocks to the racetrack. Pool and patio are amazing. Check-in and instructions very easy. Would 100% stay again.

Incredible property - a must rent!

What an incredible house! Everything was perfect. Great layout, awesome pool and a great location to get to the track or downtown. The house owner was incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful. You’re not going to find anything better in the area. Would recommend 100 out of 100 times. We’re already looking forward to going back next year!

Amazing time!

We rented this house for the 4th of July weekend and it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful, great location and the owners are absolutely amazing. They answered all our questions before and during our stay and made us feel right at home. We had such a fun weekend! Definitely will stay here again

This is my home that I open up to guests during Saratoga track season. A long standing tradition here, where many residents share their homes to welcome visitors. My house is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked so you can feel comfortable and cared for.

This isn't just a rental, this is my personal home, opened to guests during track season, just like many long time residents have done for generations. The pool and hot tub make this unique in my area being so close to the track and restaurants.
