This beautifully updated 2 bedroom (1 private bedroom + loft) / 1 bath cabin includes:

✔ Electric fireplace (operational October – March) in the living room for warmth and ambiance.
✔ Roku-equipped TVs: 3 flat-screen TVs including a 65” 4K UHD TV in the loft lounge.

Pets are NOT allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $175 fee and immediate termination of the stay.

📝 Helpful Cabin Information
✔ We welcome guests 21 years of age and older to book and be the primary renter.
✔ Please message us before booking more than 4 guests. Extra guests will use the sleeper sofa and note there is only 1 bathroom.
✔ To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone in the area, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM.
✔ The hot tub is for guests 21 and older only. Alcohol and pregnancy-related use are prohibited. Use the hot tub at your own risk.
✔ Enjoy the cozy ambiance of the electric fireplace during the cooler months (it’s operational from October 1st through March 31st).
✔ We provide a starter supply of towels, linens, shampoo, soap, and even toothbrushes just in case you forget yours!
✔ While we stock the basics, please remember to bring your favorite coffee, K-cups, condiments, and food storage items like zip locks to make your stay perfect.
✔ For safety reasons and per local regulations, open flames (including candles and unauthorized outdoor fires) are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in preventing fire hazards. Misuse may result in a $250 fee plus any damage costs.
✔ We trust you’ll treat our cabin with care, just as you would your own home. Please note that guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
✔ Views like this do not come without steep roads. Heaven's Edge is located on Bluff Mountain. The road is well paved and wide enough for any regular vehicle.
The Driveway up is also paved but it is narrow and steep. Any 2WD vehicle should be able to get up during nice weather, but 4WD or chains will be necessary in snow. You can see pictures of the driveway in my listing. The driveway is not suitable for a trailer or RV.
✔ We have no control over the weather or potential issues arising from acts of god or nature. Refunds will not be available beyond normal cancellation policies due to issues outside our control. If this is a concern, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
✔ Need a little extra time? Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for a $50 fee, depending on the cleaning schedule. Please inquire in advance.
