The view is great. It rained one evening and we had a chance to see a full rainbow over the mountains. Communication is fast and easy.

This is a very cute little cabin, and the views are incredible but please be warned about the driveway to get up there. Based on the description of the driveway, we felt our Honda Accord would be adequate for the trip and we would get good gas mileage as well. Big Mistake! The driveway is VERY STEEP and there are sections that are in desperate need of repair. We bottomed out several times and the stress of going up and down that driveway took its toll. I had other vehicles I could have brought that sat higher. Other than that, the cabin was clean and comfortable.

We would like to say the communication was excellent. Quick responses and super helpful. The cabin is clean and has spectacular views. If you’re into seeing wildlife just sit on the porch and observe what’s going on. We had numerous salamanders come right up to us., we had Hawks flying eye level with us, the normal rabbit, squirrels, chipmunks hummingbirds, but the bears were incredible. On most evenings between the hours of six and eight pm we would have some visitors. The black bears will come right up to the cabin. They are harmless, but you definitely don’t want to forget to leave your vehicle locked and no food left behind. We forgot to lock the car door and mama bear opened the door and the two babies inspected the car. All we could do is stand and watch and film what was happening, but no damage was done. The views from the cabin are absolutely stunning, and the sun rises are breathtaking. The only downside or thing we found to be a problem was the trash. They do have a bear proof trashcan to put your trash in, but if you have excessive trash they offer you places that you can take it and drop it off. I’m on vacation not a trash man so that kind of caught me off guard. One last thing to take into consideration is that the driveway is steep and bumpy (as advertised) and if that’s not your thing it may be an issue. Wasn’t for us but I could see some having concern. Overall it was a wonderful experience and your secluded yet close to everything.

Everything here was wonderful! Views were gorgeous! Quiet and relaxing. Property manager easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Would stay again!

Beautiful and Clean

Heaven's Edge was very clean and had the most spectacular view from the deck! If we come back to the area we will definitely pick the same place to stay again!

Heaven’s edges

As advertised this is an amazing property with breathtaking view of the Smokey’s. Everything you need for a long or short stay only 12 minutes from everything but secluded. Owners very nice and checked on us throughout the vacation.
