The accommodation does not have an elevator. Located on the 4th floor, it includes :

The apartment is located near the metro stations "Pernety" and "Paris Montparnasse Hall 1 - 2".
You will find a supermarket "Carrefour City" at 3 minutes walking distance for your small daily purchases.

## Emplacement
The 14th arrondissement is a large residential area, but includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. There is also the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and Parc Montsouris.
