A very warm welcome to our bright and sunny apartment in the heart of Paris. This is a 45 square meter (~500 square feet) 1 bedroom
flat that sleeps up to 2 people, perfect for a couple or two friends. It has a queen size bed, a couch and a small dinning table with 4 chairs. It features a sunny bedroom, living room, one full bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. Kitchen amenities include stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer and basic pots, pans, and flatware. There is also a washer unit in the apartment. It is located on the 2nd floor of a small quiet building (no elevator). Wifi is all set to go. There is on street parking available in front of the building. No shoes allowed in the apartment - please bring your own slippers. A set of clean linens and towels are provided. You are responsible for washing them during your stay if needed.
This apartment is located in the 13th district in Paris near Parc Montsouris. RER, subway, bus, tramway, Autolib 'and VĆ©lib' are within walking distance. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, banks, bakery, drugstore, and small market twice a week within walking distance as well. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Minimum stay is 3 nights.

The location of the apartment - next to parc Montsouris and well connected by bus and metro and RER - is excellent. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and had all I needed. Nasrine was friendly and very helpful accommodating my late arrival. Advice to fellow travellers: bring an eye mask if, like me, you prefer a dark sleeping space, as the curtains are white and no shutters.

Quick Paris getaway

This was a great little apartment for our spur of the moment getaway. Close to the metro and bus stop, we spend the day sight seeing and returned for a quiet night at home.

Great location for a week in Paris

Enjoyed staying at the property and communication from Nasrine was excellent. Plenty of local places to eat and very convenient to the RER B line at Cite Universitaire terminal. Enough room to stretch out and all of the needed amenities were covered.

Perfect location

The apartment was fine -- clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and ample hot water for showers. But, for us, the best thing about it was its location! Minutes from the Metro stop, surrounded by bus stops, a short walk from a grocery, and across the street from a great patisserie! Parc Montsouris is a block away, and is a beautiful and relaxing place for a stroll. We loved our stay here!

Amazing time in Paris for the Olympics!

Comfortable Apartment

This is a comfortable apartment in a good location. There is a nice park and a bus stop on the same block as rhe apartment. The metro is also nearby. There are also restaurants and a boulangerie in the neighborhood. The host was very friendly and helpful. It has a well-equipped kitchen and bath and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely accommodations!

We stayed in March. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and everything worked well. We were able to adjust the temperature to our liking. Host met us the first day and couldnā€™t have been more helpful and welcoming. Hope to return soon!

Close to metro/bus/taxi restaurants, grocery stores, Boulangeries, patisseries, Boucherie, anything you want really is within a 10 minute walk. Tha apartment is charming and cozy with all of the comforts of home. The shower pressure is amazing too! I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

The property was as described. A little small but enough room for a couple on a short trip or vacation. There were a few stairs to climb. The host met us when we arrived and talked us through the whole property, and was very friendly.

What a beautiful park neighborhood this was, our first time to the Montsouris district! There was a bakery and a small market right across the street, very convenient. We found lots of cafes within a short walking distance. The property manager was very responsive, easy to contact. The apartment was so cute, small, and maybe typically Parisian. It was the first time we stayed in an apartment.

Wonderful little apartment!!

We loved staying in this little apartment. So close to everything in Paris! And the market down the street on Sunday was amazing! Bakeries and cafes all around and bus and train within easy walking distance! We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The only tiny downside was trying to find which apartment in the building since there are like 10 unmarked doors on 3 different levels. But as soon as we messaged, the host came out of one and showed us all around. She was very friendly and helpful!!!

Quirky walk-up

We chose this apartment to be near friends. Good location near the park and to transportation. Bathroom was quirky, but functional. Glad it had a washer. Not fancy but we slept well. Very quiet with the windows shut.

Overall, great clean well equipped, restaurants, nearby corner, store, bakery all were great. Only two negatives was a two floor walk up. The end of the day is tiring, but I knew that and the towels couldā€™ve been a better quality little rough. Not a far walk to the metro and buses were close by. Quiet and friendly neighbours

Wonderful apartment in the 14th

Was there visiting my son who is studying for the semester at Cite Univeriste (5-10 min walk) Great apartment for a couple or single. Very clean and everything you need for a great stay. Very comfy bed and great shower water pressure and temp. Neighborhood is really great. RER and metro both within 5-10 minute walk and taxi stand less than a block away. Within two blocks there are 2 ATMs, 2 bakeries, grocery, 2 rotisserie chicken/butcher, Chinese, sushi, kebab, and great local tabac/bar/cafe. Nasirine the owner/keeper, is incredibly helpful and available as needed.

Cute little Parisian apartment!

Beautiful, safe apartment in the 13th arrondissment in Paris. Metro station (Glaciers) was only about a 5 to 7 minute walk away. We came home in the dark a couple of nights and always felt safe. The owners were very helpful and met us at the apartment when we arrived. They were always available if we had any questions. Thereā€™s a lovely market on Sundays and Wednesdays and a small grocery store near by. Thereā€™s quite a large step up and down to get into the shower. Overall, exactly what we were looking for in Paris!

Super Host Nice Apartment and Amenities

We had some issues when we were in Paris. I lost my phone and had a small medical problem. The owner could not have done anymore for us. Great Crepe place 2 min away, wine store and great cheese place around the corner. Cite University RER and Glacier Metro with ten minutes walk. Market basically at the corner two days of the week. Thank you for all your help again and a very enjoyable stay in Paris.
