In addition to the master suites on each side of the house, you will also enjoy a spacious queen bedroom, full size closet, and access to a seperate large full bathroom. With comfort as the ultimate goal, there are three independent air conditioners for each section to allow for individualized comfort (East, West, and Center rooms).

Wrap-around windows grace the granite countertop kitchen that is not only comfortable and convenient to use, but is fully equipped with all the modern amenities and gorgeous views.

Occasionally, dolphin and manatees have used the basin as their playground. Enjoy nature all around you, with the conveniences of modern living.

Experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the wrap-around porch overlooking the basin, and enjoy your favorite breakfast or cocktail. Your boat can be located just steps from the home and ready to go whenever you are.
