Construction hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Weekends there is no work permitted.

To complete this amazing experience, you will enjoy the benefits of daily housekeeping and a delicious meal of either breakfast or lunch freshly prepared each day by your housekeeper. All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita.

● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
● Children under 5: No charge

Maintenance is carried out annually on resort golf courses and beach clubs from May 1 to October 31, which may result in temporary closures. Please confirm at the time of booking if this will impact your stay dates.
