Our split bedroom floor plan 2BR/2BA NON-SMOKING UNIT is located at the Royale Palms at Kingston on the North side of Myrtle Beach. Our property is family owned and well taken care of. Royale Palms is a great place for families to enjoy all year round. The unit has plenty of room for you to lounge with 1600+ sq feet inside and a large balcony outside. Balcony is accessible from the living room as well as both bedrooms and provides a view of the beautiful grounds and the sounds of the ocean.

This property is located on the quiet ground floor and is a short scenic stroll to the beach. No need to wait on the elevators! Also located just around the corner from the unit are the sand bottom pool, the owners pool, as well as another large pool and a shallow kids pool. In addition, there are several hot tubs available. Rental only includes pool passes for access to all Hilton Pools!!

This property has many upgrades that we know you and your family with love. Including a large living area with 9ft ceilings and a 65' flat screen TV. You'll enjoy the Spectrum cable Gold package and it's top tier cable programming. All channels including all of the sports channels, HBO, Showtime, Starz , - over 300 channels. You will also be able to enjoy high speed internet, with over 200mps!

The fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, bar stools, full-size Frigidaire Gallery appliances, filtered water as well as an ice maker, stainless steel sink with disposal and plenty of cabinet space. There is a Vitamix, a toaster, a coffee maker that can brew pods or a pot of coffee. In addition, the oven can also work as an air fryer. The kitchen has ample amounts of dishes, utensils, and pots and pans.

The master bedroom is carpeted and has a comfy King sized bed, a ceiling fan, a large walk in closet and a 50" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower with bench and rain shower head with removable shower wand , as well as dual sinks with granite counter tops.

Bedroom number two is carpeted and has two comfy queen sized beds, a ceiling fan, a 50" flat screen TV and a walk in closet.

The secondary bathroom is large and is accessible from the living area. There is are granite counter tops and a large walk-in shower with a bench as well as an oversized shower head and removable shower wand.

The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board and built in cabinetry for additional storage.
