Condo has been renovated! All new appliances, new air conditoner, new paint, rug, new sleeper sofa, new smart TV, Newer furniture! Want Ocean Front! This condo is! 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath. Awesome for couples! Amazing views, 2 minutes to the beach. Comes with 2 FREE BIKES! Pool, BBQ Area, Walk/Bike to Coligny Center where there are many shops, restaurants, groceries, nightlife, music, coffee shops....you name it, we have it! The condo also offers a full size kitchen, full size bathroom, a washer and dryer (one of the view units that do!). Bedroom has a TV, extra storage, living room offers a sleeper sofa, TV and dining area! The outdoor balcony offers quiet and relaxation with the sound of the waves. This unit is located on the 2nd floor. The complex offers an outdoor BBQ/Patio Area, free parking, elevator and luggage carts and 20 minute load/unload parking. This complex is very well cared for, close to everything and quiet!

Property was clean and well maintained. Although it is small, there was plenty of room for just the two of us. Im not sure if it would work for a family with kids. Ac works great in living room but hard to feel it in the bedroom area. Great location for beach access and shopping.

Wonderful small getaway.

Treated my mother to a short girls trip to Hilton head. Was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful property that’s so close to the beach and matched my budget. The view from the balcony is wonderful, we ate outside every single night. While the bunk can take time to get used to, I found it very charming and snug! The shower pressure is very nice and all of the appliances were lovely for our needs. We really loved our stay here and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a small place right by the ocean!

But room smell like mold need some work on it and be aware they doble boking for some reason when we just get to the room some one else come nock the door and say that that was there room. For views i will recomended but for cleaning and other staff no

I am so sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star rating. You never said anything about the mildew smell! We are having the air conditioner cleaned today. The fouble booking was the faukt of the calendar not updating, has only happened one other time in 8 years! When I told you about it and you could stay , you were more than happy. Goes to show, you just can't please everyone.

The value of this rental is the ocean view and the proximity to the beach. That really is lovely. Otherwise, it's an older condo and the feel of it is like a 2 maybe 3 star motel. There is a musty odor when entering but if you turn on the fans it helps with that. The air conditioning unit appears old and set up in the living room only so getting air to the bedroom is a challenge. The bathroom has no apparent vent. The silverware, plates, cups, linens, and bath towels are all on the cheaper side. Overall, it feels as if there is not a lot of investment in the place. If you are looking for just a place to sleep with a great view, then its a choice. Again, the closeness to the beach as well as restaurants is great.

Thank you for staying with us! Sorry you seem disappointed! Keep in mind, these condos ARE 49 years old. Because it is ocean front/facing it gets all of the wind and moisture from the salt water, this can create a "musty" smell. The PTAC unit operates the way it should and is cleaned regularly. As far as the dishes ect. just a personal preference I guess as no one has ever said anything. The owner has purchased new bikes, beach chairs, painted, new rug, new couch, new TV, new drapes, new bedding so they are really trying to make it nice. Thank you! Lori

Pleasant Stay

My husband and I attended the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, and we had a great experience. The condo was conveniently located, allowing us to ride bikes to the tournament, which was fantastic. The hosts provided excellent bikes for our use, making it even better. The space was ideal for us, as we primarily needed it for sleeping. Although the space could use an update, it wasn't a major issue since we didn't spend much time there. Although we didn't need the items due to our short stay, it was nice to have all the kitchen items available. I have been to many rentals where kitchen items are virtually non-existent. It was also nice to be able to walk to the beach when we weren't at the tournament. I would recommend that the hosts consider adding an air conditioning unit in the bedroom, as it got quite warm during our stay in April, even before the peak heat of the summer.

Thank you for staying with us! All kitchen appliances are being replaced on Friday. The PTAC (air conditioner) is also being replaced so this will take care of the warm air issue. Thank you!! Lori
