Reef Club is a beachfront Building and our condo, 111, offers every amenity from home! It is 20-25 minutes away from the Clearwater airport and also easily accessible to "road warriors." We are pet friendly and kid friendly, providing a portacrib, high chair and adjustable baby gate. The condo is located on the first living level of the building, and is accessible by two elevators at the center of the building, an enclosed stairwell nearby, and your very own spiral staircase from the balcony to the ground/parking level. Your parking spot is designated and one space over from the bottom of the spiral stairs, and your beach storage closet is directly at the foot of said stairs.

Take advantage of several restaurants within easy walking distance, or rent a bike or paddle board and enjoy the outdoors and sunshine! At the end of the day, enjoy sleeping in rooms with blackout window treatments for a blissful night's sleep,

The kitchen is well supplied with a full size coffee maker as well as a Keurig, a whistle kettle for tea, chef knives, Mikasa china, and every tool you will need to prepare meals should you choose to do so, including a large Crockpot, blender and mixer. Plan ahead and order groceries online and pick-up from the nearby Publix grocery stores, or the Neighborhood Walmart on Ulmerton.

Our goal is to exceed expectation, so a lot of thought has gone into providing what you need to transition seamlessly from home to being at home at the beach. We love family time, and in this condo grandparents and parents and grandkids can spend time together. We offer two king sized beds with different levels of firmness, so our guests can "Goldilocks" the beds and find just the right one. Down pillows are furnished in the master bedroom. The second bedroom offers the full-sized desk and office chair. The third bedroom features a twin daybed and trundle that can be stored when not in use. Each bedroom has its own TV and we subscribe to the Spectrum sports package, so you get everything but the Premium movie channels. Purchases are disabled, and Amazon Prime and Netflix streaming are provided free. If you wish to rent a movie and stream from your own laptop, there is a spare HDMI cable in the entertainment center for that. Or bring your own streaming stick with the apps you have! Enjoy sound with a 2.1 sound bar. I like raising the bar. Please do not sign our of our apps,

When on the balcony, or from the Master, the views of the Gulf are lovely and plenty. The living room also has a pullout sofa-bed with a memory foam mattress--not the sofa bed we slept on when we were kids! And since this is an end unit, it is bright and cheerful, and the hurricane rated windows provide a quiet interior to enjoy relaxing and resting, or working remotely if needed.

Enjoy your private stairway to the ground level so you can go straight out to the pool or beach, or take your food directly to the grill without waiting for an elevator. You have a designated parking space a few steps away from the staircase, and a storage closet directly at the bottom of the staircase filled with beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas, and toys for kids of all ages to enjoy. We also provide beach towels. Leave yours home. Pack up your suitcase with clothes and flip flops and a few toiletries and you'll be good to go!

We also are dog friendly for one dog under 25 lbs, and of non-shedding breed (needs to be clipped regularly). No exceptions since we have family members who are allergic to pet dander. Thank you for understanding. And note that our building provides an on-site puppy relief area with bags and disposal bin provided. Your furry family member, however, is not allowed on the beach as Indian Rocks has a firm law that dogs are not allowed on the beach.

Want to rent another condo to accommodate a larger number of guests? We own Reef Club 104 as well (property number 2222142), and if the dates are open, we can do that for you. Both units are equipped with Ring Door Cams, an essential part of being able to personally manage our own properties. We arrange furniture delivery, confirm guest’s deliveries, and warn guests of suspicious activity with these cameras. It’s all good!
