Cottage in the Pines

Handsome cottage located in the desirable Pines section of Rehoboth. Ideal intown location provides easy access to the beach and all of the other amenities Rehoboth offers. Deauville Beach (with snack shack) is located straight down the street. One can walk into the commercial district with many wonderful restaurants, the Boardwalk and other attractions. Or spend your day out on the highway visiting outlet shops.

Fully renovated cottage offers a rear deck for grilling, a fully fenced yard for children, picnic table for crab feast, and even outdoor ping pong. An outdoor shower and a large screened in porch offer a great respite after a fun day on the beach.

Just a block away you will find Grove Park which contains a well-equipped playground, adult workout stations and shuffleboard. Every Tuesday Grove Park is turned into the famous Rehoboth Beach Farmer's Market.

Great place

Really lovely property with a comfortable family friendly layout and a great private backyard. Mary was a terrific host. Great location in a quiet part of town but not far from everything Rehoboth has to offer.

Great house in a great location!

This house is in the perfect location. Beach access right down the road, walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk, and right on the bike trail. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay

Another perfect December stay at this property. We love the layout of the house and the location right on the Rehoboth Marathon course. Maria is a great host and very responsive. Hoping to make it three years in a row!

Beautiful House With All The Amenities

We couldn’t have stayed at a nicer place with plenty of room for 6, bathrooms galore, games, linens and things, all all the small appliances you don’t need to bring. Beautiful setting, and quiet street.

Great location and house

Property was in a great location within walking distance to the main drag of Rehoboth Ave. that leads to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. The neighborhoods do not have sidewalks so walking to Rehoboth Ave you have to deal with cars and cyclists. My only critique of the property is that some of it needs some TLC but this is the end of the summer and it was nothing that impacted our visit. There were some toys for our kids and numerous things in the kitchen for cooking. The information binder at check-in was super helpful too. We were a family of four plus two grandparents and it was more than enough space.

Perfect (Cozy) Location

We had an amazing stay at this eclectic beach house. We really liked the layout of the house and the mix of beach and clean cottage decor. It was the perfect size for our group of 7 (including 3 kids). We picked this location so we could be right on the Rehoboth Marathon course and it did not disappoint. It made for a great personal aid station for the Full Marathon and was just a few blocks from the finish.

Rehoboth getaway

The home is lovely and scaled perfectly for our party of four. The beds were firm and we slept soundly. The kitchen was well stocked and the family room was comfortable for conversation / games / cocktails. the screened in porch is a great asset although more attention could be spent on it's housekeeping ( dust / cobwebs ). we'd be happy to return to this property and would highly recommend to others.

Perfect location and great house

We loved our weekend even though the weather didn’t cooperate. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for two little kids. The house was clean and very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing stay in the adorable cottage!

We absolutely loved staying at Mary’s cottage. It was so cute and well-stocked, had everything we needed. It was so nice to be close to town too. If I could have a beach house, I’d want this one! Communication with Mary was seamless and quick and she was very accommodating. Thanks for having us to Rehobeth!

Highly Recommend - Ideal Location

This property does not look like a rental unit, it’s more like a good friend went out of town and let you stay at their personal home. The home was nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions we might have had.
