BRAND NEW 6 BR 5.5 BA House with Heated Pool- One Block to Beach!

Only one block from the beach, this new construction 6 BR/5.5 BA house is perfect for your next beach vacation. New Castle is a quiet street yet only two blocks to Funland and three blocks to shops on Rehoboth Avenue. The house includes two two master suites. You may never even make it to the beach with the amazing heated private pool in the backyard! Or enjoy the cool enclosed rear porch or the screened-in front porch. Gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. The property features off-street parking in the driveway for two cars. Between Oct 1 and May 30 there will be a separate fee to heat the pool. The pool is closed for the winter between Dec 1 and late March / Early April depending on the forecast. Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, etc.) NOT provided.

The house is absolutely perfect for our group of 6 women who run. This is the second year we’ve booked this house. The only shortcoming was we had to request dishwasher detergent and garbage bags. They did promptly send these to us. Everything was lovely for a weekend to unplug.

A beautiful home!Great space for enjoying family and friends.The kitchen was well equipped and also had an extra beverage cooler.The gathering areas were cozy.The pool was great and the home was very close to the beach and boardwalk.Communication was easy and everything was exactly as described.You can sit on the screened front porch and enjoy the beautiful breeze while having a cocktail!We have rented beach houses for years and you will absolutely be happy with this one!

We loved having so many bathrooms, the salt water heated pool, the beautiful woodwork, high ceilings, and windows, the front screened in porch and back sunroom. The location was perfect; quiet but close enough to walk to the lively shops, restaurants, boardwalk and beach. Our only complaint is that the chairs in the living room were quite uncomfortable and we did many spend the evenings watching the Phillies games.

Property was in a great location! Very clean and new. The backyard wasn’t as green as it appeared but the kids were fine running around with shoes. We had some issues with the pool but they were so responsive which was awesome! It’s always nice to have someone who responds right away!! I would definitely come back!!!

My husband and I used to bring our kids to Rehoboth every summer when they were young. As adults with young children, they requested a family vacation. We were so happy to find this house. The set up inside is perfect for extended family with a couple rooms downstairs for people without children and most of the people with young children stayed on the second floor. the dining living room kitchen area was great for hanging out together playing games doing crafts. We enjoyed the front porch on a rainy day swinging on the swing and the kids had a little picnic. The fact it had a private pool was great. The pool is small but it worked absolutely perfect for our six and under crowd with a big long ledge they could walk on it. The outdoor shower in the backyard was perfect for coming back from the beach and rinsing off all the sand before people got in the pool or went in the house. It’s about a 3/10 of a mile walk from the front door to the beach. We rented a stroller from a local company which helped with walking the boardwalk and getting kids to the beach. There. were four beach chairs that we were able to take down and then just rent an umbrella at the beach. The one option I would’ve loved to have is if the owner was willing to do an add-on cost that included sheets, bath and beach towels, and bath mats there were already in place in all the rooms. ( or just already have it added into the price) I would absolutely rent this house again.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect for all ages. The teens enjoyed the boardwalk and easy access to the beach. The little ones with families walked to the beach in the morning and came home and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. They also enjoyed walking to fun land! It's a beautiful house, well laid out, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, places to sit and be in each others company. Plenty of seats at the dining room table. The kids loved to sit and eat at the island in the kitchen. The week went too fast!

Great Spring Break with Family

House was lovely. Kitchen and living room area was large enough for all to be part of the action. Kitchen was well stocked for meals. Pool and patio was wonderful spot to gather. Bedrooms were terrific and most had own bathroom. The location was prefect. Beach, boardwalk, and main commercial stretch in walking distance. Many restaurants to choose from. Overall, a great house to rent for a large group.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Rehoboth. The home was clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Communication with the homeowners was great and the check-in process was flawless. The shops and beach were just a short walk from the house. We would definitely book this home again in the future.

Beautiful House in a Great Location

We loved this property! It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. There was plenty of space for a large family getaway. And the location was great — blocks from the beach and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was good too. I would recommend staying there!

Convenient location, great house

Had a great trip! House was close to the beach, close enough to restaurants and shops to easily walk but still on a very quiet street. Loved having enough bedrooms for everyone in our group of six.

Lovely, bright, open rental home

My girlfriends and I had a fantastic stay here. The open space downstairs layout was our epicenter for cooking together and socializing. We had fantastic weather and spent alot of time outdoors, but the house lends itself to an enjoyable spot when the weather doesn't cooperate.

Home was excellent, location was even better!

Our group had a wonderful stay here! The host was easy to communicate with and accommodated an early check-in (at no additional cost). The location of the property could not have been better - walking distance to everything. The property itself is stunning - clean, new, and stocked. Sleeps 16+ in 6 bedrooms with other couch (convertible) and lounge areas. Plenty spacious for our group. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you! See less

Beautiful property

Beautiful house in a great location!

This house is exactly as pictured -- beautifully furnished and great layout. The location is perfect too -- easy to walk to the beach (even for littles) and to Funland, restaurants, etc. The pool was great for afternoons after the beach. Communication with the owners was easy via text. Highly recommend to others and hope to stay again soon!

The Clarks and the Gormans built this house in 2019 after coming to Rehoboth for several years. It's the perfect place for families because there's so much for the kids to do, the food is awesome, and you can walk everywhere. Plus only a few hours from DC, Philadelphia or even NYC.

We picked this lot because it's larger than most lots in the area, so we could fit a house big enough for both of our families plus have an awesome yard with a pool. It's also walkable to everything but still quiet and peaceful.

The house was designed to maximize hanging out and enjoying the sunlight, porches and decks. Every bedroom has great natural light and the large great room on the first floor was designed for entertaining. This house is perfect for one family, two families or even more.
