Built on 2014, this is the perfect beach vacation getaway. All bedroom have a private bath, plenty of outdoor space 2 - Second floor balconies, front porch and back patio with eating and grilling area and outdoor shower.

Enter through large open porch to open living room, dining room and kitchen area. Living area has hardwood floors, gas fireplace, large screen TV. Kitchen has granite counter top, glass tile backsplash, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators.

First floor has 3 spacious master bedrooms. Open front porch, Rear patio with barbeque grill and outdoor shower.

Second floor boasts a 32' x 14' balcony over looking Country Club Drive, and has 3 additional master bedrooms.

The house has private driveway with room for 3 cars.

Such a perfect spot in Rehoboth. Me and my friends were in town for our best friends wedding and this property was fantastic! David the property manager was awesome. 10/10 experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Our extended family of 12 had a lovely stay in this gorgeous, well-maintained house. We especially appreciated the attached baths for every bedroom, the well stocked kitchen with 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges, the farm table that could fit all of us for meals (using 2 extra folding chairs we brought with us), the open floor plan with 4 couches plus chairs for everyone to have a comfy place to relax, and the shady front porch with ceiling fans that provided a comfortable space to be outside even in the summer heat. David was a great host!

Perfect house

The house was in a great neighborhood- perfect for sitting on the front porch and relaxing. The bedrooms and baths were clean and beautiful. We loved the large farm table and the comfortable furniture.We would definitely stay again!!

Family trip for wedding

Perfect House for Large Families.

Our entire extended family of 11 enjoyed this house. We especially loved the 6 bedrooms (3 on the first floor), 6 1/2 baths, open floor plan, well equipped kitchen and large dining table. It is a pleasant if a little long walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Rehoboth Marathon weekend

4 families with small children staying together for Rehoboth Marathon weekend. The house was amazing and Dave provides top notch hospitality. House was well stocked, we appreciated the inclusion of sheets! Less than 10 minute walk to the downtown area. There is also a park visible from the house that is perfect for little kids. Would absolutely stay here again.

Its a great getaway.

Walking distance to the beach, two playgrounds within a 10 minute walk. The house is spacious and the bedrooms are comfortable, each with a bathroom. A patio and 3 decks that can give you shade or sun at all times of day. Great spot!

Large family end of summer

A fantastic property that offers everything you could need or want for a large family gathering. Very lavish and large rooms and bathrooms, the open floor plan is also great. One of the very best properties you will find in the area and the property management is world class, no issues and great communication. Would highly recommend to any family looking for a quiet, clean stay near the beach

We had a wonderful week in this house. It was well-appointed, clean and spacious. David welcomed us upon arrival and checked in midweek to see how it was going. The home is in a lovely, quiet sidewalk-lined neighborhood walking distance from town and the beach. We rode bikes everywhere all week and barely used our car. I highly recommend this home!

Awesome New Years Stay!

This property is extremely spacious and very well maintained. The bedrooms were all very well equipt and the living spaces were perfect for a family and friend weekend. The bathrooms in each bedroom were massive! The property is about a 15 min walk to the beach which was no problem even with kids. The property owner was very pleasant and communicative and even let us check in several hours early (and invited us to check out late). You can tell this property is well maintained and well taken care of. Thank you!

Rehoboth Reunion

Our 3 night stay at this home could not have been more enjoyable. It is the perfect house to reconnect with family in a spacious, high ceilinged, beautifully decorated, conveniently located, well maintained, immaculate rental. Two refrigerators and dishwashers were perfect for the 12 of us! We appreciated Davidā€™s visit to check that all was satisfactory during our stay. Our grandchildren enjoyed the adjacent tot lot and turtle viewing bridge. The quiet neighborhood was a walking haven with beautiful homes to see enroute to the beach and boardwalk. If you are looking for a perfect rental in which to make memories with your family, as we did, this is the home to choose!

Great House, Great Time!

This house was wonderful! My group consisted of several families with young kids, and the open main floor layout, bathrooms in every bedroom, and location in Rehoboth all perfectly met our needs. The beach, boardwalk, and multiple playgrounds were all short walks from the house... with one of the playgrounds less than a block away! We also LOVE the turtle bridge right nearby. The two dishwashers in the kitchen was a great amenity, especially during cleanup, but note that they run very quietly (a good thing, but our group kept opening them not realizing they were running, haha). Last but far from least, I want to thank the property manager, David, for being incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout booking, trip planning, and our stay at the property. All around, we had a great trip because of this house and David.

Girls Get Away

The house was perfect for our stay. We were eight lifelong friends. The kitchen, dining room, and family room was very open. The house was very clean and fully stocked. It is within walking distance to the beach. David was absolutely terrific. He stopped by not long after we arrived to make sure that everything was satisfactory with the property, which was so impressive. The battery on the front door lock died. I texted him and he was there within five minutes to fix it. Absolutely amazing. We truly have nothing negative to say about this property, only rave reviews. We definitely want to return next year.
