3 Bedroom Condo steps from Hampton beach and boardwalk!

Newly renovated 3 bedroom 1 bath with a 3 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk! This property has three bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a brand new sofa bed. All bedrooms have their own dresser. The living room has a smart tv and a few games for the kids. There is also a sunroom at the front of the house with plenty of seating and a coffee table to enjoy your morning coffee!

The kitchen is completely renovated with new appliances, gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Kitchen is stocked with all needed essentials like frying pans, lobster pot, cooking spoons, mixing bowls and more!

Bath towels and and linens are provided and professionally cleaned. The whole condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each visit!

There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the common area at the back of the first floor. Enter through the first door around the back side of the house.

This condo is in 5 min walking distance to 10+ restaurants, bars and convenience stores like Christy's Pizza, Bernie's Beach Bar, The Goat, Ice Cream, McGurik's Ocean View and Royal Market just to name a few!

NOTE* Deck in picture is for another condo on second floor that is another one of our rental condos. The picture is just for reference of what the home looks like!

There is NO dedicated parking on site, but there is a paid lot at the end of the street. Street parking is available October 15- May 15.

No need to wait in any traffic or worry about parking for a beach day -- you can be on the beach in 5 minutes!

Amazing location, property was as described! Our family had a wonderful time, they also have an upstairs rental for those with larger families traveling together, we plan on returning!

Property states it sleeps 8 however instead of a pull out sofa we had a fold down and could only fit one child on it. Washer and dryer were accessible but we had to pay vs having one that was free. Would have been nice to not have to pay an extra fee for parking

Stay Away: Misleading Listing and Host Cancelled After Check-InAdvertised as a 4BR unit, sleeps 8, parking included. We reserved the unit and paid the full amount, and discovered that the “4th bedroom” was actually a pull-out sofa in the living room and parking was not included,When we brought this to the host’s attention, he told us he was aware the listing was incorrect and claimed it was a VRBO error that he was trying to fix it. That’s it!We arrived on Saturday. The “4th bedroom/sofa couch” was a tiny futon. We had to purchase an air mattress to create the additional sleeping space we had specifically paid for. I messaged the host to explain that I was unhappy with the sleeping arrangement. His response was that I interpreted “sofa bed” as a “typical sleeper sofa”. I explained that I would be leaving an unfavorable review if he did not make an effort to accommodate the listing we had actually rented. He never responded except to CANCEL our reservation around 11pm THE SAME DAY WE CHECKED IN! We didn’t see the message the next morning - we were at the beach. When we got back around 7pm, 3 police officers knocked on our door to let us know that our stay was cancelled and we were now trespassing! This was terrifying for our 3 children. There were tears, anxiety, and a frantic search for another place. The host never called, never followed up, and didn't answer when we called him.The start of our 1st family vacation together was a stressful expansive nightmare.

We were very comfortable. The cottage was clean, bright, and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the small sunroom during morning coffee. We appreciated the amount of seating available.

Amazing stay

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach but away from the craziness of the night life. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Mark and their property highly enough.just amazing

Enjoyable stay

Cute place, well set up and maintained, other than the washer and dryer not working it was worth it. The cottage is not far from anything at Hampton, and I would consider staying here again.

Hampton Beach Vacation

Excellent time. Place was accurately listed, minimal essentials and this was a first time for us, so now we know better what to pack and what to leave behind.

Cute Beach house in great location

My family and I stayed in this cute apartment for a wedding. The host was very easy to communicate with and helped get us all setup. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Not only was the property great, it’s in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and bars! Off-site parking was a bit tricky but doable. Overall great experience and great host!

Perfect beach home

This beach house is just what our family needed. We outgrew the hotels in the area and decided look for a place that would accommodate us better. This beach home has been updated and fit our needs to a T. The house has a at the end of a quiet street and a quick walk to the beach. Don’t forget to catch the sunset at the end of the street.

Great location, clean and quiet neighborhood

I enjoyed my stay on this vacation rental. Love the location just disappointment in the parking situation. wasn’t as convenient as we would’ve white but we dealt with it.. worth the money.

Fantastic stay!!!

We had a blast! Everything was great! The only thing was the high tide reaches up to the house and we had motorcycles, which created some concern as far as the brake calipers and possibly flooding the bike. Other than that, everything was phenomenal! The host was communicative, we had plenty of linens, towels, etc. We will definitely rent again!

Nice getaway

There were a few problems such as non working outlets, missing smoke detectors, and unuseable sleeper sofa mattress, but the owners (new ones too!) Worked hard to address the issues an.was given a refund

Great House super Clean

Overall it was a good stay. We had some problems with the upstairs renters running in the house at 7:00 am and a very loud neighbor the last night who had to be asked to move his party. We did notice that there were not nearly enough towels for eight guests and while the property says eight it more comfortably fits seven. Also the WiFi was awful. Most of the time it didn’t work for more than 5 minutes.

Beach trip

Place was clean and close to beach, a little hard to find as we arrived at night and the streets are small. Confused about the parking area as there are multiple no parking signs with different dates and times. Host was a little slow to respond, we didnt vet check in info till almost 6 when check in was at 4. Also never heard back from host after asking about parking.

The cottage was clean and very short walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. The sofa bed is only suitable for 1 person and is a futon with a very firm, lumpy cushion. We used the other "couch" and freestanding cushions to enable 2 people to sleep comfortably-ish in the common room. The linens (sheets/towels) for the common room sleepers were not available when we arrived as they were still being washed/cleaned. Several electrical outlets in the common room did not work. Otherwise it was clean, nicely decorated and exactly as it appears in the photos. Parking is not available onsite without an owners tag. We parked in the Central parking lot about 3 blocks away. I messaged the owner about the misding linens but did not get a response. We happened to come across the cleaning lady when she was leaving and asked for the linens ourselves.
