FLOCKING AROUND AT HAMPTON BEACH!!! Another luxury rental on L Street! You and your flock will enjoy this KEY EAST Flamingo colored 2 story house on L Steet, in the heart of the newly formed TAVERN SECTION at Hampton Beach. From the same owners of, The Goat Pen, The Penthouse at Hampton Beach, The Main House on L Street, (and other luxury properties on the beach) this lively and noisey house is right next door to THE GOAT and across the street from The L STREET Tavern. This brand new renovation is on the market for the first time in July 2021. You'll lounge around the back deck to bbq or hang out on the front porch to watch the other "flock" fly up and down L St. We offer four queen size bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa for you and your other birds to nest in. Add a fully furnished and fully appointed granite and stainless steel kitchen and you won't want to leave the comfort of the airconditioned nest. If you get your feathers dirty playing on the beach (just one block away) you'll be able to wash them in the laundry room located off of the kitchen. With 2 bathrooms (with a full bath and a stand up shower) the bird bath will never get crowded. Cotton sheets, comfy pillows and queen size comforters will keep you comfy while waiting to get pink on L St! The large kitchen has a large dining room table (seats 10 with the leaf) which will allow you to feed the flock the worms they need. Your chicks may never leave the nest!

Best Place in Hampton!

I stayed for three nights with a bunch of my friends and we had the best time. Perfect location and very nice place to stay with plenty of beds for everyone. Will stay again for sure

A great stay for a girls trip! This location is perfect for adult groups right in the center of the action. House had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms were spotless and mattresses were very cozy. Kitchen had all your needs covered for making breakfast/dinner/snacks! Plenty of room for all of us. Would absolutely stay again!

Great for fans of live music!

We had a great stay! The location is super convenient, close to the beach and several bars. You can even enjoy the live music from the front porch! The property manager was also very responsive.

Fun at the Pink House

The property is as described. Itā€™s a very lively location near bars with lots of live music. Itā€™s a short walk to the beach and the main strip with lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic home!

Terry was a great host. House was beyond amazing inside and was more than spacious for six adults (17-77yo). Front deck was great for people watching and listening to some live music at the goat! Perfect location if you like being in the mix a bit. Only issue ā€” we wish we stayed longer!

The Pink House

The pink house was perfect for all 9 of us. We were looking for something near the beach and close to the shops and entertainment. This place is near it all. Walk right up the street and the beach is right there. My 18 yr old and 15 yr old were able to walk around and shop/go to the arcade when they didnā€™t want to be on the beach. Plenty of entertainment at night with The Goat and L Street Tavern. Great communication with the owner, Terry. Will definitely be renting this place again!!

Amazing!

We had a great stay at the pink house. The condo was so spacious, beds were so comfy, kitchen had just about everything you would need! Having 2 showers was an added bonus it made everyone's getting ready that much easier. The live music coming from the street was Amazing! It was not too loud once you went inside. Everyone walking by would comment on the house's appeal. The walk to the beach is just a hop, skip and a jump! If we needed anything Terry was a phone call away. Definitely would stay again!

The Pink House - great location

The listing of this property is pretty accurate. The house is spacious; having two showers is a plus, the rooms and appliances are all updated, supplied with all of the household items you would need, plenty of fresh towels and the location is great, a very short walk to the beach and near alot of the bars. There are four bars all within a stone's throw and there is alot of music and people around but once the doors are closed, the house is pretty insulated. There is also a laundry room off the kitchen which is awesome. The only negative and it's not even that bad, when we arrived, the floors weren't completely vacuumed..fridge could have been alittle cleaner and upstairs in one of the bedrooms there was a beer can under the bed and some stickiness on the floor. I would highly recommend this house for multiple couples or a large family. Terry, the owner is incredibly nice and took care of us when we went over to his bar, "L Street Tavern"! Thank you very much!!

Great Time

Second time renters for Seafood Fest and a great experience as usual! Terry is a great host and super responsive. The house is clean and centrally located in between all the fun bars/food. Great front porch to sit and people watch. Only suggestion is due to parking try not to bring an oversized vehicle. With that being said, Iā€™m sure that if you talk to Terry Iā€™m sure heā€™d help you figure it out. Again, itā€™s a great place to stay and we look forward to doing it again next year!

Great time at the Pink House

This was perfect for our needs! The covered porch facing main street is where we spent much of our time. The description doesn't lie - with bars and live music all around, it is no quiet affair. That being said, we loved the people watching and the free live music to entertain us! The pictures were representative of reality - comfortable beds and couch, nicely appointed, clean, and decently stocked cooking supplies. Highly recommend!

Weā€™re a group of 10 friends who had a great time in Hampton Beach. This house is a great location, the property owner was super nice and readily available to answer any questions. The home is nicely decorated and recently updated. Overall a great solace to stay !

Walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants. Property was very clean. Four similar sized queen bedrooms so itā€™s nice for multiple couples. Great people watching from the front porch.

Nice place in Hampton Beach

Stayed the weekend here with my two teenage daughters. Was a nice place and well appointed, as expected from the listing. Only a couple small things could have made the stay even better - there was no place in the house to hang clothes (all the closets had their hanging bars removed / not present), and there was no soap (hand or otherwise) in the house except for the kitchen sink. Would recommend this place to pretty much anyone (assuming you are ok with the live music at night from the venues nearby).
