Our Haven is the perfect place for your family to enjoy the Outer Banks. It is located in the community of Jay Crest, which is less than a mile from the Village of Duck. The bike/walking path leads right into the Town of Duck, where you can enjoy the boardwalk, Duck Town Park, and many shops, dining, and live entertainment!

Our Haven has a private sunny pool for hot summer days and a relaxing hot tub for chilly nights! Wide-open decks wrap around two sides of the home, with access from the bedrooms. A second living area opens to the pool and is perfect for the younger generation to hang out!

Top level: This level boasts a bright, open, and cheerful great room with plenty of windows for lighting! The kitchen is perfect for morning breakfasts, afternoon snacks, or memorable family meals in the evening! Plenty of seating is available, including a dining table and a large bar with additional seating! Dine al fresco outside on the top deck, where you will find a table, chairs, and a picnic table! There is also a Queen Master bedroom on this level.

Middle level: There are 3 bedrooms, including 2 Queens and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single. There is also a full hall bathroom.

Bottom level: is where you will find the 5th bedroom with a single and bunk bed, a full bathroom, and the 2nd living area/den, which leads out to the pool and hot tub area!

It includes a baby gate, basketball goal, 5 TVs/1 DVD player, wireless internet, and a gas grill.

All of our homes are equipped with Wi-Fi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee that the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
