A true ski-in and ski-out condo with a keyed access door leading you out to Hunter's Kaatskill Flyer high speed lift. There is no other location on the mountain which is as convenient or as well kept. Enjoy access to the mountain without having to pile into a car with all of your equipment, unbeatable access for those in your party who want to be the first on the slopes.

Everyone, and especially kids, love being able to stop in for mid-day snack, lunch, and drink breaks. Enjoy aprĆØs-ski at the bar and restaurant downstairs and take the elevator up to your serene sound-proofed private space upstairs. Non-skiers in your group will appreciate relaxing slopeside and being part of the action without having to strap on a pair of boots.

Enjoy this extra clean, spacious, convenient, and luxurious home at Hunter Mountain. The luxury property is located above the Mountainā€™s Main Lodge and accessed by a
private elevator.

This home is 3,750 square feet of luxury, approximately 2 hours north of New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut and easily accessible from the NY Thruway.

Your booking includes two reserved parking spots less than 100 feet from the private elevator for condo residents. Ample free parking is also available nearby for additional vehicles.

Please note that amenities in the neighboring Kaatskill Mountain Club hotel, such as the pool and hot tub, are NOT included as part of this rental.

Hiking Club Trip

Our hiking club from Texas decided to come to The Catskills to hike and we found this wonderful property. The location was close to all of our hiking and sightseeing destinations as well as good places to eat. The kitchen was well appointed and served our needs very well. Since we did not have any children, we had to put adults in the bunk beds, but we only used the lower bunks and it worked out fine. The place is beautiful and very quiet in the summer. The host got back with us right away any time we had questions.

Property is clean, well stocked, spacious and literally in the heart of Hunter mountain skiing with a lift and everything else steps away from your front door. Host is so communicative and helpful and a delight to work with. If you are going with a big group you will love this spot!

What a great experience! This property is such a gem. If youā€™re looking for a spot to go with family/friends for a ski trip, look no further. Location and Service

What an amazing experience. If you're looking for an all inclusive style Ski vacation, this is the spot. We were first on the mountain and the last off, and when we wanted to break for lunch, we just went inside. We had fun in the lodge and saw fireworks right outside the property. Memories for a lifetime with room for all 20 people that stayed there. The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful.

Hunter Getaway

The condo was fantastic. Located right at the base of the mountain. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of bedding. The check in process was simple and easy. Prior to arrival the owner was in contact with us with all pertinent information regarding our stay. We family memories of a life time.

family summer vacation at Hunter Mtn

From beginning to end, the owner was communicative and helpful. The place everything we hoped for and more for our group of 17. Very clean, plenty or bathrooms/bedrooms. Fantastic entertainment system and comfortable furnishings made for great movie nights. We cooked most evenings and only went out to eat one dinner all week. It was a very quiet "off season" week for this ski resort so we had the place almost to ourselves. Enjoyed zip line, hiking, kayaking, swimming and star gazing. Would highly recommend this location!

Amazing condo and wonderful customer service

We stayed for a weekend ski trip with 13 people and the house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with utensils, the bedrooms were spacious and there was no shortage of beds and bathrooms. The living room and dining table could also accommodate all of our guests with no problem! The location cannot be beat as the slopes are just down the stairs (or elevator!) from the condo. The owner was really friendly, accommodating and communication with them was very easy from the day we reserved the trip. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

Beautiful/spacious property in a great location!

We loved our stay at this beautifully decorated, well maintained and spacious home! The beds are all very comfortable, the kitchen/bathrooms are well stocked with everything you might need for your stay, and you can't beat the location! The owners were extremely helpful in helping us prepare for our stay and also very helpful and responsive with any questions we had once we checked in. This is truly a great find! Family Reunion

Our family had the best time! We were 15 adults and 5 children. The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It is conveniently located directly on Hunter Mountain. The owners couldnā€™t have been more accommodating. We will definitely be back :)

Our stay at Pinnacle condo was very nice.

Our family met at Pinnacle condo after our sonā€™s wedding and our six grandkids were with us. We enjoyed the condo and balconies. We took trips up to North South Lake and went on hikes in the park as well. The kids loved taking the lift to the top and hiking around there. We felt the zip line was a bit pricy for the kids and only a few of them were old enough to actually go. The down side was that we were led to believe there was a pool and hot tub but actually there wasnā€™t one. Overall we enjoyed our week on Hunter and we felt as if we had it all to ourselves. A vacation we will remember.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay. There were 8 adults and 5 kids and there was so much room for all of us. Location is amazing, right on the mountain and zip line is right outside your door. Very convenient. We would definitely come back again.

GREAT place for large family/group in the Catskills

Hosts were FABULOUS, very warm, generous and communicative. Their place is unique and GORGEOUSā€” a high-end mountain cabin feel with all the luxuries! Perfect for groups of friends or extended family!!! TWO large, spacious, master suites. Comfortable beds. AWESOME tall bunks the kids LOVED ( think lots of cousins bunking together- such fun)!! Clean home with easy elevator access. A WONDERFUL experience!!!

The property was excellent -- lots of room for a big group. Property manager was responsive. Small issue with the master bathroom, but it was a fluke thing.
