Located just 3.6 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, The Summit Condos offer a scenic, peaceful escape with a variety of shared amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, grills, clubhouse access, and more.



Getting Around:

Paved roads all the way up to the condo with free parking onsite.

We recommend a 4x4 vehicle for all stays in the Smoky Mountains, especially in winter or during inclement weather.



Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 years or older to book this condo.

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.

• A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel.

• The fireplace is wood-burning—please bring your own firewood.

• The coffee maker is a standard drip—please bring your own coffee.

• Indoor pool & hot tub are open year-round (HOA-controlled; subject to unscheduled maintenance).

• Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes near the end of August (HOA-controlled; exact dates may vary).

• Game room and laundry are coin/pay operated in the main clubhouse.

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
