This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features all the amenities you could ask for as well as high-end touches. The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo.
• This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum.
• Fireplace is wood-burning—please bring your own firewood.
• Coffee maker is a Keurig and regular drip—bring K-Cups or ground coffee.
• 4x4 drive is recommended when traveling through the Smoky Mountains, especially in rainy or winter weather.
• Condo Complex: The Summit Condos of Gatlinburg offers a seasonal outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub (open year-round), washer/dryer (pay) in the main clubhouse, game room (pay), playground, and scenic seating areas.
• Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes near the end of August; dates are controlled by the HOA and may change without notice.
• Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round but may close for unscheduled maintenance by the HOA.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
