Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We donā€™t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We donā€™t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. 40th Birthday!

We had a great stay here and it was everything we couldā€™ve asked for! I would recommend adding a coffee pot for large groups and attempt to improve the water pressure. The place was spotless and detail/decor was second to none! Thank you.

Nice neighborhood. About 16 minutes from the airport. Kitchen is beautiful and decor is lovely. The WIFI was not working and a gentleman was sent out the next day to fix the problem. If you are out of shape, do not get the bedrooms on the 3rd floor. A lot of up and down. The 1st floorā€™s shower curtain needs to be replaced. Overall, the stay was a 9/10 and I would definitely stay here again.

Good house for a group of people

Communication with the owners or leasing company was great. The house has plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Beds were comfortable. However, the floors in the houses were disgusting!! I took my shoes off and within 10 mins of being at the house they were black. I was confused because the rest of the house wasnā€™t really dirty. But the floors were just so nasty. We had to go buy slippers because it was just so disgusting. I would recommend to bring your own pair, because I couldnā€™t believe it.

Not Clean - Indirectly accused of lying and not answering my emails

The room with bunkbeds was dirty We found tags from clothes and bandages stuck on the bed frame The beds were left undone after we found these but not used because of compromised cleanness. So, we had to squeeze in the other rooms making our stay uncomfortable. I have reported this issue the moment we realized it and send pictures and the manager said that they will find a solution (compensation) after the checkout. After checkout I emailed the manager multiple times and they declined everything This is unprofessional and really made our stay and experience unpleasant

Family Vacay!

Residence is exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and well appointed! My only suggestion is the cleaning service should clean the oven every once in a while and sweep down cobwebs on the deck. Other than that this was a very comfortable place to enjoy our vacation.

Nashville visit

We had an overall mediocre stay at this location. Booking process was easy and the property managers were in touch with us before and during the stay. The major downside was overall cleanliness of the house. The floors looked like they havenā€™t been cleaned in a while resulting in all of us having dirty feet in a few seconds of walking around. Detail cleaning were not done for any of the areas and many spots were left untouched. We were missing a shower curtain, which to the managementā€™s credit, they delivered one when we pointed it out. Due to slightly early arrival we realized the whole place is being cleaned by only one cleaning member which is not the appropriate scope for 10a-3p cleaning window. I hope the management take this opportunity to invest more in the cleaning process as it can make or break the experience for guests.

Wonderful Nashville Stay

We had a wonderful time at this house. I will say the neighborhood scared us at first, however you can tell lots of new construction is going on and it will be beautiful very soon. The house was perfect for our group, plenty of space. The balcony off from the living room was a hit for us. Would definitely recommend this home.

Great stay!

This is a great East Nashville property. We had five couples and felt like we had plenty of space. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen and the family room were the perfect hangout area. Host Extraordinaire immediately responded to all of our questions. Weā€™d definitely come back!

Property was easy to locate and user friendly as long as you are able to navigate stairs. Perfect place for everyone to have their own space and a really nice living area and kitchen to socialize in. Very responsive to any questions or needs. Also the beds were all very comfortable which is important to my traveling crew. Construction all around but it is a neighborhood that is gentrifying and all lots of road work. Okay before 7 am but a little noise after.

Wonderful week in Nashville

Great, clean, new place. Listed as four bedrooms, but it has five. First floor has one king bed room, one queen (no closet in this room, which Iā€™m guessing is why itā€™s not counted) and one with full-sized bunk beds. These rooms share one bath. Second floor is kitchen/great room, powder room, and spacious balcony. No kitchen table. But enormous island bigger than any table with plenty of stools. Third floor has primary bedroom with king bed and en suite (also only bedroom with tv) and another bedroom with queen bed, en suite bath and balcony. Property next door that you look out on from the balconies is clearly about to have the house torn down and something new built (itā€™s abandoned with tree limbs sticking into the roof). Neighborhood has mixture of new and old homes. Felt very comfortable and safe in the area. Short drive to downtown and just blocks from fun East Nashville places. Missing a remote for the TV in the primary bedroom and was told we could use the same remote from the great room, but it was not ideal to share a remote with two rooms. Asked to have one brought over, and we did not ever receive the second remote. Only disappointment with our experience.

Girls Weekend

Over all the property was amazing and exactly as advertised. Spacious. Plenty of room for 12 women. Short Lyft rides to pretty much every where in Nashville. The host promptly responded to every message and question we had.

My short stay

It was in an area of gentrification. So you have new and very old. Very quit even though you are very close to everything. My only concern was the lay out. Most likely I did not read the profile very well. The three bedrooms down only have one bath and the second floor has no table for eating, playing cards or anything. Third floor bedrooms are great with private bath. Dave

Amazing House!

The home is so accommodating, there were 10 adults and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect home. Perfect for entertaining a large group. Easy access to downtown.
