Walk to the beach in three minutes, explore local attractions, and unwind in your private outdoor oasis.

The Space
• First Floor: Sunlit living area with a queen sleeper sofa, dining space, full bathroom with a tub, and a convenient washer/dryer combo. A privacy curtain completely encloses this level to create a private sleeping space.
• Second Floor: Massive primary bedroom featuring two queen beds, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a dedicated workspace inside the walk-in closet.
• Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen equipped with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, cookware, a coffee maker, and a coffee grinder.
Outdoor Living
• Private Deck & Yard: Step from the kitchen onto your private deck, perfect for grilling on the barbecue or relaxing after a day in the sun.
• Firepit: Gather in the large backyard around the firepit to roast marshmallows under the stars.
• Outdoor Shower: Wash off the salt and sand in the refreshing hot-and-cold outdoor shower located on the right side of the house.

Rental Rules & Notes
• Sleeps: 4 guests maximum.
• Turnover: Weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday June, July & August) 3 day minimum in September.
• Check-in/Out: 4:00 PM check-in, 10:00 AM check-out.
• What to Bring: Guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, bath/beach towels, and paper products.
• Guest Support: Your hosts are always available via text, email, or phone call to ensure a seamless stay.

Great beach vacation!

The house was lovely. Was stocked with all the essentials. Beds were very comfy. And close to many beaches, restaurants, shopping. We highly recommend staying here.

Great time!

So awesome!!!

The house was so great. It felt like home for a week! So clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We met the owners when we got there and they were so nice. Would highly recommend this rental!

Perfect location

The house was the perfect location for my husband and I to explore Cape Cod. We loved the easy access to Cape Cod rail trail and the ferry to Nantucket in Hyannis. We enjoyed day trips to Provincetown for whale watching and to Cape cod national sea shore for hiking and beaches. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Colleen was very prompt to respond. We had an amazing stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Quiet, clean, spacious place

The owners are very friendly and responsive. Each item inside the house looks brand new and prepared for a comfortable stay. From the beach, located a few minutes away, there is a beautiful view, however, if you like to swim, Seagull Beach is within a 9-minute bike ride. We liked to swim there every morning.

Good space size wise and location

The property looked exactly like the photos which was refreshing. House had a good kitchen , TVs upstairs and downstairs, bathroom up and downstairs. You can get anywhere easily from this location. I missed the part of the listing that said linens and towels are not included just FYI. Hosts were very accommodating and accessible.

Nice house

Nice house at the end of a quiet street. We did not have access to a cooler as the description said, so that was frustrating having to buy one when we could have just brought our own. Outdoor shower was a huge plus! Guide book had multiple typos, making it confusing.

I’m happy you enjoyed your stay. Sorry that the cooler was misplaced however, I can assure that future guests will have access to a cooler. I will review the welcome book to be sure that it is accommodating and clearly written for future guests. Thank you for your feedback.

Quiet little place

Great little spot on a dead end which is a bonus for kids. Nice back yard and deck. Fire pit and grill. It’s like your little home away from home. The only thing was the pull out mattress on the couch was a little uncomfortable, I’m sure if you brought an egg mattress topper it would be better. All pull out couches are uncomfortable lol

Perfect Cape Getaway

Great place to spend a week down the Cape. Clean, comfortable, AC was great! Gas grill on the deck, fire pit out back with a great backyard. Minutes to Seagull beach, close to great dining in Hyannis. Owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

Cleanest place I’ve vacationed at. I brought my cleaning supplies thinking I would have to use it, didn’t have to touch a thing, it was wonderful! Many beaches to choose from, wonderful restaurants and loved the outside shower.

Nice home and yard

Nice apartment on quiet street, last house - clean and tastefully decorated. Good layout - two full size beds I. Upstairs bedroom. A small room with window and secretary desk for my husband to work remotely from. Huge yard, and patio with table and grills. Also washer/dryer combo unit (that will take 2-3 hours). Fully functional kitchen with dishwasher/microwave/stove. 3 min wall to small little bay. We enjoyed our stay!

A Cape Gem

We are very familiar with the area and loved the proximity to beach, neighborhood, etc. At end of the street, so quiet and free from traffic/cars. Even with 1 bedroom (2 beds), it was spacious and layout worked really well for family of four. We would definitely rent again!
