Here is your chance to have it all, including a beautifully updated kitchen offering all the comforts of home. Perfect for couples and/or families! There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a 3rd offering two twins. The private patio with gas BBQ grill is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach, enjoying your cocktail. The washer, dryer and central AC ensure you will be truly comfortable here. This property is part of a duplex is one of two that surround a central courtyard, so the kids will have a quiet, safe place to play. There is plenty of off-street parking, too. We are close to shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, the inflatable water park and more! The neighborhood is great for walking or riding bikes! *Town offers sailing lessons at the beach for kids and adults.

The property is clean, has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and conveniently located for maximum relaxation. The local beach is a short, safe walk. Traffic through the area is extremely light. Ambient noise is minimal. The property is well maintained and the owner is prompt and courteous with response.

Property was in a perfect location for family with teenagers. We were able to walk to the beach, go mini golfing, and drive to the mall easily. Accommodations were as advertised. The only area of improvement would be communication. The owner responded quickly to question, but it would’ve been helpful to have instructions for check out, garbage, and recycling. Also would be helpful to list that we needed to bring shampoo and bathing products.

Family vacation

Beautiful, well-appointed cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short walk to a small beach with a playground and an easy drive to anywhere on the Cape.

Nice and relaxing

We had all the comforts of Home with the dishwasher and a washer and dryer. The beach was so close we walked almost every day. Everyone had their own bedroom. We had all the comforts, but we’re so happy to be away. The home was lovely clean, and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again. Also owner was available for questions.

Relaxing

It was a great relaxing get away. The cottage was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach. Did need to provide my own coffee filters and paper towels. I stayed alone for two days and felt very safe. I would definitely book again

Great Location--Bring Your Own...

This property has a great location near Englewood Beach with the swings, jetty, swimming area, and small marina/docks. The property was very clean and bright but not still new. The unit is attached to another one so you need to be mindful of noise so you don't disturb them. You can easily hear the people in the other unit while in the living room and kitchen. I didn't sleep well the first night because the sheets were polyester. I contacted the owner and he said that they didn't have any cotton queen sheets so I bought them for both beds. Also, the shades don't go to the edges of the window frames so the light streams in around the edges in the morning. While they did provide bath towels, they didn't provide washcloths or beach towels so I bought those and detergent too. They listed that they provided things that I never found/saw but I never called or texted them about them either: games, toys, spices (no salt/pepper either), blender, kitchen island, icemaker, hair dryer, desk, and desk chair. Also no lobster pot, nut crackers, potato masher, beach chairs. Yard is not fully fenced/gated so you can't let your tot outside to play in an enclosed area. No outside shower. The AC feels great but disconnects you from a traditional Cape Cod experience--at least the one I had as a kid hearing the ocean sounds. Make sure you are out by the checkout time as they will be waiting for you before 11. My teen was pokey and they were upset we were out 40 minutes late.

Great place, short walk to beach

This place was perfect for our vacation with young kids (2 and 6). You can't beat the location, it's a very short walk to Englewood beach. We were able to walk with the kids plus wagons, chairs and lots of beach toys without issue. Englewood beach is very small but perfect for young kids. Not crowded, shallow water, not a lot of seaweed, has swings. But the beach is mainly a boat launch, and might not interest older kids as much. But was perfect for elementary age kids. The townhome was very clean, well taken care of, nice updates and decor. It has everything we needed (washer and dryer is a must!). There is no outdoor shower but they have hoses to wash off sand which worked fine for us. The property was great, some grass and gardens for kids to play in and the set up is quiet even with other tenants in the adjacent townhomes. Host was very responsive to any questions or issues (and is local do can stop by if any issues). We had a lovely stay, thanks so much!

Home Away From Home!

We just got home from a week at this beautiful Cape Cod getaway! It was my family of five (me, my husband, my 5 yr old son, 3 yr old son, and 1 yr old daughter). The house was perfect, immaculately clean, welcoming, and had all the accommodations of comfort. Full bath to bath the little ones. Towels for the whole family, plus extra. All the necessary linens making it easier for packing! Multiple small appliances in the kitchen, working stove top and nice grill! But the biggest selling point? LOCATION!! We were less than a block from the beach. Flat, easy walking to use the kids/beach wagon. It’s a small beach, right on a marina, next to a boat launch, but we couldn’t have found a better spot for small children if I hand picked it myself! The kids were able to swim without fear of waves or currents, they were able to dig and make sand castles and they’re favorite - look for crabs and fish! There was a nice backyard sitting area to enjoy lunch, dinner, drinks, etc. The owner was quick to respond with any questions when I reached out. I really really hope we can make this a recurring tradition for years to come! We also met some really great families in the same duplex with kids which just elevated the level of fun! I HIGHLY recommend this location and hope to return very soon!!

End of summer getaway

This was a lovely rental right by a beach (2 minute walk!) with all the very basic needs. The laundry in the bathroom was so convenient, especially staying with 2 kids. But you will need to bring or buy your own detergent. The owner was quick to respond to a message or text. We contacted him regarding how quickly the hot water went cold in the shower and he said he will look into it. The description of the rental included 1 beach parking pass but there wasn't one so if you go to any other beaches, you will need to pay their parking fee. Englewood Beach is a small quiet beach that's a 2 minute walk from the house (no fee in it's small parking lot). It has a few swings and it was never crowded. We had it to ourselves one day because it was after Labor Day and many people had already left. This place is right by the water but also close enough to drive to restaurants, stores, etc. Big flat screen in the living room with monitors in 2 of the bedrooms (for gaming only). We enjoyed our last minute getaway before the start of school! :)

Stayed for dance convention in Hyannis

We stayed for 5 nights due to our kids were in a dance convention in Hyannis. The owner was very responsive with a few things we noticed at check in and fixed them within 24 hours (door handle needed repair and a throw rug had an odor). We throughly enjoyed our stay. The inflatable park is very close and we also checked out Sea Gull beach along with the beach within walking distance.

Updated clean adorable duplex.

This home is adorable! Newly updated and clean, it had all the charm you expect from a vacation rental on the Cape. Nice durnishings and appliances, and a great location. Walk to a great sunset spot and another little beach with swings. Plenty of dining options and all the stores you need nearby, yet far enough off the main drag to be quiet and peaceful! The only thing I would say is that the family staying next to us was very loud at night, but the only noise carryover was in the living room - bedrooms remained quiet.

Nice townhouse within walking distance to a beach and Route 28

We stayed here with 4 teenage boys. It was the perfect amount of space and nicely done inside. It has a nice little grassy area in the back yard with a table and chairs and a grill. They also provided us a beach chair for each of us, which was very handy to take to the beach and minimized what we had to pack. The neighborhood is quiet and is safe for the kids to ride their bikes around. There is 3 other townhouses on the property but you never hear the other families. Having a washer & dryer with 6 of us was perfect. The only thing I wish is that they provided additional bath towels and some kitchen towels. We definitely will rent again.

Fun place for families or girls getaway

House was brand new and very clean. Very well appointed with all you will need for your stay. Owner was easy to contact and very helpful when we did need anything. Englewood beach isn't really a beach, BUT Seagull Beach is less than 2 miles and is a great beach! And Seagull has very easy, reasonable parking ($15 per day or $70 per week paid at the beach). It was not even filled up on weekends or you could ride bikes there or drop off family for free!. The Inflatable water park is also very close, as are numerous mini golf locations. Perfect for families.
