KINGS REFLECTION LLC & TRACEE WORKMAN shall indemnify and hold harmless from any activities that the GUESTS and/or their child/children or pets engage in while occupying the vacation rental, whether it be inside the vacation rental or outside on the premises, including THE DECK, THE STEPS, PROPANE GRILL, PROPANE FIRE PIT, ETC...and ANYTHING AROUND THE VACATION RENTAL. TRACEE WORKMAN and KINGS REFLECTION LLC and it’s owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, stockholder, affiliates, subcontractors, and customer from and against all allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, costs, and expenses (including without limitation attorneys fee and costs). Which arise out of , relate to or result from any act or omission of TRACEE WORKMAN, KINGS REFLECTION LLC and it’s agents.
KINGS REFLECTION LLC , TRACEE WORKMAN and all listed above will be EXEMPT and NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE for ANYTHING that is included pertaining to the vacation rental and/or the premises within the contract. By booking the rental you are agreeing with the contract.
