La Selva Beach House with Ocean Views! 2 bedrooms, 2 bath plus private den

The sweeping views of the entire Monterey Bay and Breathtaking Ocean sunsets await you! The night lights of both Santa Cruz and Monterey are amazing!

Surfing or Fishing anyone? Then bring your board and pole! Manressa Beach is noted for the best waves in the entire Monterey peninsula. It is one of the most popular fishing spots as well. Or take a romantic walk along the beach and collect shells and sand dollars!

We LOVE our neighbors, please respect them and quiet down by 9pm. Of course, no events or gatherings of any kind are allowed at any time. Your listed guest count should be the total number of guests in the house. Also please refrain from going onto the roof, the view is spectacular enough without having to do so! In these situations we will be forced to take your deposit when spotted by the neighbors. THANK YOU!

La Selva Beach is a quaint and quiet little village that you will fall instantly in love with! It is centrally located to enjoy lots of wonderful family activities; which include great Golf Courses, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Shopping in Santa Cruz, Roaring Camp, Aptos, Capitola or Monterey and many others. Not to mention the many, many wonderful local Restaurants and Wineries!

The beach house is 2000+ which includes original hard wood floors throughout the main floor; 2 bedrooms, a private kids den and 2 full baths; fully equipped kitchen; dining and living room; 2 decks in front with enclosed backyard. Feel free to bathe al fresco in the hot/cold outdoor shower located next to the garage. It is a 5-10 min walk to the beach down the bluff. We are pet friendly as long as they do not go upstairs, stay off the furniture and are trained and well behaved!

Bedroom 1 (see photo) has queen bed, sofa and a peekaboo ocean view. French door leads to the enclosed backyard.

Hall Bath 1 (see photo) has vintage blue tile, shower, separate tub.

Kids’ Den (see photo) includes a twin bed with an additional twin pull-out trundle bed, a cozy, fun kids space and French doors leading to the backyard. There is also a pack and play but we please ask you bring your own top sheet to keep it in good condition.

Hall Bath 2 includes a shower and exterior door to backyard.

Bedroom 2 (see photo) is upstairs with open beamed ceiling and a queen bed. This room has many windows and a set of French doors to deck where you can enjoy the spectacular ocean views. Leave the door to the deck open to feel the ocean breezes and hear the waves crashing.

The dining room (see photo) area seats 8 with overhead dimmer lighting. French doors lead to an ocean view deck with outdoor table. There is also an office desk tucked oceanside for any work related needs.

The kitchen (see photo) is fully equipped with appliances and cooking tools, including Bertazzoni gas, 6-burner range and griddle with double oven. Ocean views from the kitchen double sink.

The living room has a rustic rock fireplace where you can relax while watching TV, listening to your favorite radio tunes or just taking in the beautiful Pacific views. Sofa pulls out to sleep 2 more people.

Just bring your swimsuits/beach towels, toiletries and food! Some beach toys are available for use. Bath towels and linens are furnished. Sorry, No Phone. Bring your cell phone for emergencies. WiFi is available for use with your own devices.

House sleeps 6 in beds in bedrooms, 2 additional people on the pull out couch bed. Feel free to bring your own pack & play or bassinet, etc to accommodate young children but there is a pack and play provided if needed. Up to a maximum of 6 total guests comfortably.
