Downtown Watsonville is 6 miles inland, the perfect spot to find incredible restaurants, shops, and outdoor markets. While there, make sure to check out the Callaghan Park Cultural Center and Watsonville State Wildlife Area for even more sightseeing with a side of education. For the golfers among you, the Pajaro Valley Golf Club is 15 minutes away, offering an unparalleled experience to practice your swing surrounded by gorgeous landscapes. If you want to travel down further into the Monterey area, Highway 1 is within easy reach, your gateway to even more spectacular coastal destinations.



The home features a spacious wraparound deck facing the sparkling waters of Monterey Bay, offering an ideal place to relax and enjoy a good book, your morning coffee, or an afternoon beverage. Indoors, the colorful living area takes inspiration from nature with artwork featuring vibrant foliage. Snuggle up and watch a movie or two during your well-earned downtime on the comfortable sofa and armchair seating. This room shares space with the dining area, where a classic set of table and chairs can seat 4 for formal meals or a friendly game of cards. Make your way into the galley kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, and dining ware needed to whip up delicious meals right at home. An additional dining table is available just steps away, a lovely spot for breakfast with a view. If you prefer to take your meals al fresco, the home’s secluded side patio is furnished with an outdoor dining set for 4 as well as a barbeque grill, surrounded lush native trees.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Driveway parking available for 1 vehicle, with additional street parking available as needed.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
