Enjoy a Sunset Beach vacation at its best in this beautiful, well decorated, single level new home, built in fall of 2022. Located on the east end of Sunset beach, this home boasts a great location with water views. This home has everything you are looking for starting with a private (heated optional) pool just waiting for you to relax the day away. Sit back and enjoy your favorite beverage on either of the two covered decks while enjoying the coastal breezes and stunning views of the canal waters from every room of the house. Once you step inside you will notice the inviting open floor plan welcoming you to 'get away and relax'. There is dining seating for 8 to enjoy wonderful meals crafted in the well stocked kitchen. The large sliding glass door at the back opens up to the rear deck and overlooks the pool below. take a moment to sit and enjoy the extraordinary local wildlife or the beautiful boats that pass by along the waterways surrounding this house.

Inside this conveniently designed single level home is a full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room you will find the private master suite with views of the abundant wildlife and marsh that surround the waterway, the suite also includes a double vanity and oversized walk in shower. Just down the hallway past the laundry room and 2nd bathroom is bedroom 2 that has large window views overlooking the intercoastal and canal waterway that includes a queen bed and 40" TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and also has beautiful views of the waterways. The open living area will take your breath away with its floor to ceiling sliding doors and tall windows that bring the blue skies and stunning outdoor views in while you enjoy the 60" flat screen TV from either of the 2 sofas, one of which is an inviting queen sleeper.

You can have your toes in the sand with just a few short minutes walk to the ocean. Sunset beach pier is a local favorite to grab a breakfast sandwich while searching for your favorite seashells or a fun bite to eat for lunch. Don't forget to stop by Sunset Slush for a refreshing treat or check out one of the island stores for local shopping. A quick drive over the intercoastal waterway will provide endless opportunities for shopping, dining, golf and much more. We had a great stay! The owner was very accommodating and responsive when we reached out, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless and smelled fresh and clean upon arrival. The only suggestion I have is to update the listing to clarify that linens are not included, so future guests can plan accordingly. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Clean comfortable beach house!

We had a great week-long stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our family. The pool was small but honestly perfect, the kitchen was great with all new appliances and plenty of space. We have been coming to Sunset Beach for many years, and this was probably our favorite house!

Fantastic week in Sunset

The house is fantastic. Jonathan was very responsive and let us know that the house was ready a little early so we could check in earlier. Itā€™s a great house, very neat, clean and comfortable. The pool was great too. Itā€™s perfect and has lounge seating in the pool itself. Plenty of chairs for everyone to relax and dry off. I would highly recommend staying here as Sunset is a great beach to visit!

Property was exactly as described. The house was beautiful. We loved having the pool to relax at after leaving the ocean each day. Loved coffee in the morning on upper the upper deck watching pelicans fly over the canal waterway. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you Jonathan and Heidi.

Family vacation

The house and private pool was great! Only thing I didnā€™t like was being notified only ā€œ2ā€ days before our trip that we needed to bring our own bed linens for 4 beds, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Never had to do that before. Luckily Amazon overnights bed linens and thereā€™s a Dollar General on every corner. Also being 62 yrs old, the walk to the beach was a little much for my wife and I but my grown children had no problem.

What a wonderful, relaxing time

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Check in was easy, and communication was prompt. House is beautiful, and still had that new house smell. The king bed was very comfortable. Tv and internet worked flawlessly, with no interruptions or loss signal. We loved having our own pool. A quick dip in the morning to start the day, then off to the beach. Outdoor shower is very private, and HUGE. Maybe the most relaxed I've been on vacation, and we've been coming to Sunset Beach for 15 years. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and clean. Jonathan was great. Check in and check out were easy - no issues. The pool is refreshing! The location is a bit far to walk to the beach for very young children and older people. We always rent a golf cart to get to the beach and take around the island at night. We have a few minor suggestions for the future. First, there is nowhere to put clothes in the twin bedroom. There is no dresser and the closet only has a bar and high shelf. Moving to a trundle bed or bunk beds would allow space for a dresser. Second, the dining area is small (which we knew from the pictures) but for a house that sleeps 8, only 4 can sit together to eat. We would love to see smaller stature bar stools at the island which would allow more room for a bigger oval or rectangular dining table to seat at least 6. We play a lot of board and card games and the small table wasnā€™t conducive to that. Third, it would be great to have some kind of a side or coffee tables on the back deck to enjoy coffee. We used a plastic tote we brought from home. Fourth, rocking chairs on the front deck would be awesome for enjoying the view of the water. Fifth, there was expired food in the pantry. We cleaned some of it out, but it had been sitting there for awhile. Not sure if the cleaning crew goes through the food thatā€™s left or not. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house to families noting the suggestions above. Thank you for sharing your home!
