Location. Views. Ample space. Ski access in winter. Hiking and trail access in summer. Close to gondola and market. Parking. Hot tub on large side deck. Additional deck off main living area. Property is located within the Lodges on Sundance - and has direct access to the Lower Sundance ski run (approximately 50 yards).

Home has 4 bedrooms + loft and 4 full bathrooms. Hot tub. Steam shower. Grill. A new hot tub was just installed in the spring of 2024.

Mountain Village Business License #008474

Property has stairs. Roads, pathways, and other surfaces may be covered with snow and or ice depending on season.

Another great stay

This was our third time staying this home. It is the most well stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in and very clean. Amazing views and easy to get on the slopes.

Great Ski Week

The property was excellent & as advertised. The kitchen was very well equipped with even some of the basics in the cupboards. The rooms were spacious, the access to the market was great (that market is amazing as well). Walk to the slopes was quick and easy. All in all and A for us. Thank you to the host and the property Mgmnt team for making this an awesome vaca!

Great stay in a great location walkable to the slopes

Beautiful and spacious log home in a prime location extremely convenient to the gondola, Mountain Village and the ski slopes. Perfect for our family stay.

Best vrbo we have stayed in

The location is absolutely perfect! Enjoyed the sunsets from the house. Gorgeous mountain view’s from deck. It is very easy walk to the slopeside entrance on lower Sundance ski trail….. Ski to the bottom and catch the chairlift to go anywhere on the mountain. The rental was spacious and very clean. Loved that we could leave all our ski gear in the lower foyer entrance. We walked a couple times to the grocery market and wine store down the hill. Fairly steep walk back up… but we enjoyed the extra exercise. Hot tub was clean and on nice deck with a grill and patio furniture. Free gondola from grocery market/wine store location to get to town of Telluride or up to Alfred’s restaurant even if you aren’t skiing LOVED this place!

Great Ski stay

This beautiful spacious home accommodated our family so well. The views from the deck are spectacular! It was very clean, well stocked, plenty of towels for bathrooms and the hot tub! After skiing, the hot tub is a must! It is a quick walk to the slope if you want to do ski and ski out. You can also call Dial A Ride for easy access to other lifts as well. My goal was to have a wonderful place to stay and helping our grandchildren learn to ski! I can say five of six grandchildren are skiing and we look forward to this adventure again! Thank you again for helping make this a wonderful Wonderful family vacation!

Relaxing getaway!

We loved this house! Easy access to slopes. Ride system was easy to use, made it easy to run out to market. All beds were extremely comfortable! Plenty of linens, appreciated the extra toiletries. Very well stocked kitchen, there was even a salad spinner! Views of sunrise and sunset were just lovely. A great house, thanks for sharing.

Spacious Home with Excellent Ski In/Out Location

Great home with a really easy walk to trail access. Also a short walk to the free Gondola and market. The uphill back is no joke at this altitude, but the Dial A Ride service is quick and easy. House was well furnished, with kitchen basics and plenty of paper towels, shampoo, etc., and the hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. Our extended family of 8 had a great stay!

Happy Bluegrass and Birthday in Paradise

Visited for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and my 70th birthday. We had a foot-stomping, awesome time! The house is beautiful, with majestic views. Best equipped VRBO accommodation I’ve rented so far! Clean and comfy! Great proximity to the gondola and town. Ok, there are a lot of steps up to the living space and kitchen, but good for building stamina! Altogether, we had an amazing time. Thank you, Myers family, for sharing your home with us!

We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location. Description on VRBO is accurate. Very clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was well appointed. Beautiful view from the family room and Kitchen. Easy to get around with Mountain Village Dial a Ride. You really do not need a car for this location. Many stairs makes it difficult at this altitude, but the climb (up the stairs) is worth it. Highly recommend this town home!

Great house in a great location!

Our family and extended family rented this property for a family ski trip. Everything went so smoothly! The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans and glasses, etc. The hot tub was a huge addition to our trip!! The location is not only great for the slopes, but also its walking distance to the grocery store and the gondola. We would definitely recommend this property!!

Magical Week !!

This property was beautiful and very clean. The views were breathtaking. It was at a great location for exploring the towns and skiing. The property was fully stocked with all necessary items that one would need. The hot tub was a great addition to our stay!! I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Telluride/Mountain Village area!!

Telluride ski rental

Overall the house is great. Unfortunately lower Sundance wasn’t open yet for our first 3 ski days the week before Christmas so we couldn’t ski in/out. But the dial a ride was way easier than we expected. It’s free you just tip (Venmo). Loved that the house was pretty stocked and they encouraged you to leave unused groceries behind. So there’s little things like hot choc, popcorn, salt etc And we didn’t feel so wasteful throwing unused groceries out too. Top floor (master) gets hot quick so we learned to just turn all 3 thermostats down to 60 or off. And that helped. And opened windows before bed. Overall a great rental, hot tub needs some work but I think they’re working on that.

My Favorite House in Mountain Village

This property was perfect! It has four floors of living, and an incredible view of the mountain. This property had all the amenities four our family which included 3 generations under one roof.My daughter and I loved the steam room showers they have here.We stayed for a week and never ran out of towels.The shuttle can pick you up in 2-5 minutes and take you anywhere in Mountain Village.The kitchen and dining was just perfect for the days that we did not want to go down and eat out.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for easy access and less than a 1 minute shuttle ride to the market.

Wonderful Mtn Village/Telluride condo

All around great experience with renting this spacious and well appointed condo. The owners were great to communicate with and very timely with their responses. The condo itself is stocked with everything one would need and the furnishings are all very comfy. Hot tub, steam shower, proximity to village market and gondola are all pluses. I would definitely recommend and would like to stay here again.

Perfect Ski Getaway

My husband and I visited Telluride with three other couples recently and this place was perfection! This townhome was beautifully appointed with all the things that you need and can’t get at a hotel. We were a five minute walk from the slopes. We used Telluride DAR conveniently get safely down to the market or Mountain Village without so much of a 5 to 10 minute wait. The hot tub was so hot and so needed after a day of skiing! We loved everything about our stay!

Winter Ski Trip

This property was amazing. The host always responded very quick. Check in and out was a breeze. The location of this property is like no other. Having the Sundance trail for a ski in/out was perfect. You definitely do not need a car if you are planning to stay around town. The dial a rides took you right to the gondola. The gondola brought you in and out of town. Would 100% recommend.

Great house with a great location

The property was better than expected. It was spacious and had a great location. The slopes are one minute walk away. While the market/gondola is a short walk downhill, it is not an easy walk back to the house. But we loved the ability to use the mountain village shuttle, they were able to take us wherever we wanted to go in the mountain village. The house was also equipped with a washer dryer which made travel skiing even easier. It was the perfect place to ski and vacation, and enjoy evenings by the fireplace and beautiful view. We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Telluride.

Exceptional Stay

We had the most fabulous Christmas with friends at Lodges Lane. The house is stunning! The perfect place to cozy up for a great ski week. Proximity to the slopes is amazing and the house has literally everything you could wish for. The owner and management company were very responsive. Highly recommend! And we may well be back.
