Welcome to Beach Trail Bungalow Unit B!

Beach Trail Bungalow is a beachfront triplex vacation rental located on the serene shores of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. Ideal for larger groups or families, each unit features its own private entrance. Enjoy breathtaking front-row sunset views!

Property Highlights:
• Pet-friendly! (Dogs are allowed with owner approval and non-refundable pet fee. Two dog limit.)
• Kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, all pots & pans, dishes, and cutlery.
• All linens, towels, bedding, & pillows provided.
• Free off-street parking included.
• Professionally cleaned and sanitized
• Updated and modern, cozy and comfortable
• Huge backyard and decks that overlook the sandy white beach, all visitors can enjoy the separate seating areas
• Outdoor propane grill - guests are responsible for exchanging propane tanks

Accommodations:
• Queen bedroom w/ Queen sofa bed in living room
• Private patio and walkway
• First floor unit

Important Information:
• Beach chairs are not guaranteed, however, some guests leave them behind for future guest use.
• Minimum age requirement of 25+ to book this unit
• Guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tanks for the grill
• For Airbnb Guests: A rental agreement will be emailed after booking
• Accessibility Notice: Limited accessible features for disabled guests are available at this time
• IRB VRR Permit # - You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Great little place on the beach!

This was a wonderful place for us and our two boys to stay! The beach was right outside the door. Quiet beach location south of Clearwater which was very busy. The weather was the only thing that was not perfect. We will come back again!!! Great host!!! Thank you.

Place was just as described. Great location! Very nice to have parking on site as well. Bed was comfortable air condition worked great. Literally steps from the beach.

Location! Location! Location! Beautiful Beach and Amazing Sunsets. Perfect and convenient to walk out your back door to the beach, walk across the street for seafood or just 1 parking lot away from breakfast. You also have your own mini kitchen and outdoor grill for eating in! We truly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Beautiful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good time staying at this rental. The location weas amazing and pretty private. A couple things we did not like were the sofa, it was very uncomfortable and the kitchen was missing oven mitts and bigger pans.

Peaceful getwsy

Property was peaceful with direct view and access to the gulf. Exceptionally clean. It’s a shame houses like these are being demolished for condos. Thanks for not giving in to that. We’ll be back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Window treatments need replacing. Especially the glass sliding doors to the open porch and beach. Landscape has been destroyed on walls by tidal surge. Two large beachfront decks were tossed around by 2recent hurricanes.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Airbnb. I booked this property knowing that a recent hurricane had impacted the area, so I expected some challenges. However, I was quite disappointed by the apartment itself.The location is right on the beach with direct water access, which was a plus, but the reality of the property did not match the photos. It was clear that the photos on the listing were taken a long time ago, as the area around the apartment was unkempt and felt neglected. Inside, the condition was no better: the walls in the small bathroom were visibly pulling away, and the bed in the bedroom was extremely creaky and uncomfortable.The apartment complex itself has four very small units, and unfortunately, sound insulation is lacking—you can hear just about every noise from your neighbors. For younger travelers, this might be acceptable, but if you're looking for a comfortable, quiet retreat, this is not the place. Overall, I felt that the listing misrepresented the property, and unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again.I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with this Airbnb. Awesome view but disappointed with condo

The location and view from the condo was great but we were disappointed in the condition of the condo and the building. The building requires an upgrade as it appears to have not had any work done in years. The condo is similar as the mouldings, doors, blinds and electrical plates needing replacement. The interior needs to be painted as it hasn't been painted in years and the bathroom could use an update. There's pictures of the beach toy room on the site showing a neat and tidy room however the room was very messy when I opened and there was a sign there recommending for users to purchase there own items, if this be the case it should be noted on the site.

We are currently working closely with the Owner to recommend upgrades to the condition of the interior and exterior of the property that are in the process of being completed. I apologize for the condition of the beach toy room we will have housekeeping rectify this for the future.
