Music by the Sea moved much closer to the Beach! Welcome to Unit 2 - Same complex, same side of the complex just 10 steps from the sand! See the beach, ocean and hear the ocean surf !

This very clean, townhome is located in a small, quiet gated complex just steps from the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. A bright and cheery beach theme can be felt throughout the townhouse:

On the first floor is the dining room, full size kitchen w new granite countertops, well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, Keurig etc. new appliances. Living room has a three recliners in a leather sectional (added 3/24) Smart TV / Cable. A full size bathroom with new tiled shower. The unit has free high speed WIFI.

On the second floor is the master bedroom which has a king size bed , dresser, 2 end tables and a chair. This room also has a large walk-in closet that leads to the bathroom. The bathroom has a very nice shower/tub combo.

The second bedroom has one newer queen size mattress and one twin bed with 32” TV.

The loft has a new queen size mattress with privacy curtains.

Newer Magtag commercial Washer/Dryer

The balcony faces South and features two counter height comfortable poly chairs with foot rests, facing the ocean, small table and loveseat for easy viewing of the beach and ocean during your morning breakfast or candlelit dinner. There are two covered parking spaces right outside the front door with plenty of additional parking for your guests. The complex is gated with updated paint, paver drive and has a very nice private heated swimming pool which is only steps from condo.

Provided with the unit are beach towels, noodles, floats, beach chairs, TONS of misc sand toys and coolers and grill for your use.

The Trolley stops right outside the complex and within a short walking distance you find plenty of nice restaurants Crabby Bills, Guppy's and Slyce pizza are just a few.

There are numerous nearby attractions in Clearwater, Johns Pass, St. Pete only minutes away. A short drive to Tampa is Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. Legoland is new between Tampa and Orlando. Disney World which consists of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Universal Studios has two parks and includes Universal and Islands of Adventure (Harry Potter) These are in Orlando and all within an hour and half drive.

This was our second year at the property. It’s always spotless and the hosts have everything a family would need. We always fly in, so having access to beach chairs, etc. is so nice. You are STEPS from the sand. Pool is a nice bonus. We love IRB and this property will not disappoint!

Rocks vacation

Beautiful place, with beautiful view, even got to see baby turtles hatch and make it to the ocean, so we had a very awesome experience here.

We'll be back...

Music by the Sea provided all of our comforts of home with the view and sounds of the ocean. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and tent! So conveniently located to the beach, it was easy to run back for lunch or a quick break from the sun. Thanks for a great week!

Location, Location, Location!

We had an amazing stay at this location! So close to the beach and a pool on site! We found shark teeth and so many shells. We only had to provide a few things once we arrived but was stocked with starter supplies, beach towels, etc. We really enjoyed the puzzles and board games available and the washer and dryer was a great thing to have on site! We had a wonderful, comfortable stay.

Excellent vacation

The condo was easy to find, very clean and very comfortable. The place had everything we needed and all of us were happy to be steps from the beach and close to several restaurants and shops. The hosts were friendly and made the whole experience simple. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect Location

A wonderful property that is only 50 feet from a white sand beach. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. It was like staying in someone’s beach house that was impeccably decorated.

Family Winter Escape

We fled the snow Indiana for Indian Rocks after several friends had recommended the area. We were so pleased with our stay! It was the perfect setup for our family, giving us plenty of room to rest, relax, eat, and play. The heated pool was a hit with the kids and the beach access was actually closer than we expected. We hope to return again!

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

My family and I decided to take our yearly vacation early this year, and booked Thanksgiving week instead of Christmas. It was a perfect break from our crazy schedules! The area is very quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The condo was clean, and basically on the beach. It was very easy to relax and get everywhere we needed to for groceries, etc. The hostess is so kind, responsive and thoughtful. Everything you need for cooking, grilling, etc. is available to you. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone needing a relaxing and family friendly vacation spot. We will be back!

Our favorite rental yet!

This was our first time to IRB. We take family beach vacations yearly, but I must say this was our favorite. First of all, I always look for indicators of how close a rental will actually be to the beach (sometimes they can trick you), but this one was so accurate and close. We loved it. It was so close my 4 year old could run back and forth to get toys while we watched him from the beach. You are right there. The condo was spotless. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. Even at 90+ degrees, it stayed so cool upstairs and down. Perfect view from the balcony. We walked to Pipo & Betty's each morning for breakfast & coffee (then later to the same location for ice cream). Loved it. Best vacation yet. We hope to return next year!

Indian rocks beach

We had a great time. This place had everything we needed. 2nd unit from the beach, great view of the ocean. The place was clean, kitchen was stocked, ac worked great, the 4 of us had a wonderful and relaxing week.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay at Music by the Sea. Location was great, we could look out and watch the dolphins from the balcony. Surrounding area was nice and not overly touristy. Highly recommend!

Great location

Nice 3 story condo. A little rough on the old knees. Right on the beach. All the beach stuff you will need. I will add that they need some new beach chairs, one was broken but it was just the 2 of us so all was good.

Excellent stay in IRB

We had a fantastic stay in IRB. The property was spotless and only steps from the beach, just like the photos. Comfortable, safe, clean, and had all the essentials. Great spot for kids who loved playing on the beach, collecting shells, swimming in the pool, and having popsicles on the deck. The condo is near lots of restaurants, stores, coffee shops, ice cream places, etc. Walking distance to a nature preserve with a long boardwalk. Very pedestrian friendly area with ample sidewalks and crosswalks. Will stay again!

Everything was as advertised. Property is right next to the beach, many restaurants and stores within walking distance, great view of the ocean from the balcony, clean, etc. We'll be back!

Excellent and’s steps to ocean

Beautiful property. So nice that they thought to have a little bit of everything as a starter several food items and coffee said that we didn’t have to rush out shopping the first day. Well equipped with beach towels and even beach chairs and toys. This was a nice touch for a family that was flying in and wouldn’t be able to take anything back with us, or bring a lot with us.

We were finally able to bite the bullet and purchase one for ourselves and we want to share it with you and your family. We believe our experience with renting beach condos helped us provide nice lodging for you and your family. We believe in keeping the unit updated with lots of extras and keeping it deep cleaned on a regular basis.

We were looking for a small complex, away from the high rises and crowded beaches but within walking distance to the restaurants, nightlife and other activities. We love walking up the beach for dinner and the beach in this area is really nice!

You are steps from the pool and the beach with no busy roads to cross. The two covered parking spots are a big plus, keep your car protected from the sun and rain, unload directly at the front door!
