Was a nice place with comforts of home. Beach chair service was nice and was able to add two more chairs through chair service company (sunset)

This is a lovely condo for a reasonable price. The hosts were very responsive to questions. The communication was perfect. We truly relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

The views are incredible from this 14th floor unit. The unit was described perfectly, and they had everything needed for cooking in. The beds are very firm and fairly comfortable. I would encourage the owners to upgrade the stove/oven from the circler burners to the surface burners.

This rental was perfect for my spouse and both our moms. It was decorated nicely, and had an amazing view.

Perfect Getaway For A Mom’s Beach Trip

Absolutely loved this place! The view was awesome, the communication was clear and helpful from the check in process to the checkout, and the place was so clean and spacious! We’ll be back again!

Such a beautiful condo! Did notice a few things in larger bathroom. The door and baseboards are not completely painted. Other than that, we totally enjoyed our vacation. Plan on visiting again. Short walk to beach with minimal steps was a plus as well

Shhhh! Don't tell anyone! Great property, great spot, extraordinary views, close to anything you need. Great check in process, easy in and out. Highly recommend.

Great place

It was very nice. Cooking skillet needs replaced but other that that be sure if you are cooking being everything like seasonings , oils and etc

Mom/Daughter Getaway

We stayed in 1402 for a mom/daughter getaway and had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation! From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. Communication is key to us, so when we ran into a little hiccup with the condo, the management quickly resolved the issue within hours of me texting them. Will definitely stay in 1402 again!!

Gulf front resort with 2 chairs and umbrella included! Sunstional Pearl!

We had a wonderful-relaxing stay. The view from condo was incredible. Saw dolphins playing almost every day. Easy to go up and down from unit. There are 2 pools — LOVE the heated pool — nice change from beach. Having the beach chairs ready for us by attendant everyday was very convenient! Drive to grocery store and restaurants was literally over the bridge. We’d recommend staying here!

Our only issue with this unit is that the beds are not comfortable and the beach attendant (male) wasn't very friendly.
