The master bath shower did not work. The guest shower was a slow trickle because the water was half from the shower and half from the spout. The key pad to enter the condo needs to be replaced. We had to fight it to work every time we came and left the condo. Not a fan of the carpet! The curtain rod in living room needs to be replaced. the curtains fell the first time we opened them.

All was good. We did get interrupted to install new appliances that took some of our beach time, and also making sure they all wore their mask when entering. But was compensated for our time, so that was good.

My husband, our toddler, and I stayed here with his sister, BIL, and their toddler. The condo was perfect, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The living area was perfect for the kidsā€™ playtime, and the dvd player provided came in handy when the boys wanted to watch cartoons we brought. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the large fridge easily held our groceries for a 5 day stay. The pool was easily accessible and beach and as just a short walk away. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood was nice.

Beach Week

We LOVED Navarre beach and would definitely stay at Summerwind Condos again. We loved being able to walk out and have our toes in the white sand or just go onto the balcony and see the gorgeous clear water! The condo itself was spacious for our 3 adults 1 teen and two kiddos. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and baking pans and utensils! If I could change one thing I would update the furniture in the living space! Loved the full size laundry!!! Overall it was a GREAT VACATION!

property was pretty much as shown. Great Location. Never had any face-face contact with any staff , so no opinion on that. I wasn't aware there was a separate booking fee with vrbo or I may have booked somewhere else. Something I probably overlooked. Overall a good trip. Unit could use some updates. Especially the carpet. Probably will pass vrbo next time

Great location, fabulous view

Just what we needed for a quick trip to the beach. Close to restaurants/ bars so no need to drive and the beach is beautiful. It would have been slightly better if maintenance of the lift had started at 9 am and not 8 as we were on holiday. You can tell itā€™s run by a management co as there is no salt and pepper or extra TP . And they need to replace at least one mattes protector.

Fabulous view and great access to the beach!

Everything was perfect and accurate to description posted online. Staff was friendly and helpful. Condo was clean and had all necessary amenities. It was wonderful to see so many young families. Even though there were lots of children on the property and around the pool, the building and pool area were realitively quiet. All visitors were respectful and friendly. There was easy access to the beach. The beach was beautiful! You could walk for miles. The sand was very clean. This was our first time to stay at this particular beach. We will return!

Condo needs updated

The area is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and beach access from Summerwinds. This particular unit just felt really worn and dingy. The carpet felt really gross to walk on. There were old stains all over the couch. The kitchen was not updated. We would stay at Summerwinds again but would just choose a different unit!

Great Condo!

I've stayed at several condos in this building, and this one is the best. It's a really nice space. My only complaint is the property's security. They are a bit "over excited" My 11 year old was continually harassed with "where's your mom" when he was at the pool. I understand that kids under 12 are supposed to be accompanied by an adult, but this seems excessive. I've stayed there each year for the past 3 years and have never encountered this issue. One time, he tried to kick my kid out and I had to stand up from my chair that was 2 feet away and tell him "um, I'm right here".

Needs some Maitenance

The shower in the master bath did not work. Reported on Monday and finally someone repaired on Wednesday (our last day). The property manager did come on Tuesday afternoon but did not know how to operate. The water in the second bath mostly came out of faucet and not shower. we were promised some compensation but so far nothing. The unit was nice but was not ready when we arrived and had shower issues

My family and I typically stay at SVR managed condos when we go to Navarre. This unit fell quite short of our expectations. This unit had issues with the shower in the master bath. Another reviewer mentioned this as well and the shower worked at first, but then it wouldn't turn on again. Fortunately, the other bathroom shower worked. Next was the king bed. The first night I got in the bed, I sunk in a lot. I figured it was just a crappy mattress. We thought maybe if it was flipped it would be ok. When we lifted the mattress, we found that the left (looking at the bed from the foot) box spring was broken. I was quite disappointed with this unit and honestly shocked that this was not managed better. This was not up to what I believed was SVR's standards. I will not book this particular unit again.

The location was perfect, the beach was beautiful, and the condominium complex itself was nice. Our vacation included several other families who booked through other vacation rental sites and had a much better experience than we did. The check in process while OK and efficient, didnā€™t offer the opportunity to check into the unit early despite it being ready. Other families were able to get into their unit earlier because they booked through other vacation rental sites. The parking passes were nowhere to be found, when I called the property management group, they asked me to look around the unit and drawers and cupboards until I found a stack of parking passes amongst a stack of other paperwork above the microwave. This can be a big problem with this unit because they are very very strict with parking and act quickly if you donā€™t have a parking pass , 10 minutes of arriving at your destination. The master showerhead sprayed water outside of the top of it. The fire alarms and or CO2 alarms would go off during the night unless we had doors and windows open. When placing a call with property management, the only thing they did was change the batteries. These were not battery alarms. They were clearly monitor alarms to alert of something. The only way to get them to stop was by opening windows and doors. There were not beach chairs or umbrellas offered with our unit, other units had them included. I would stay at this complex again but not for this unit or Southern Rentals.

Stunning view from the balcony! Parking is safe and convenient. Great location, close to the beach and pier. With a full kitechen, and washer, dryer, I feel like home! Only recommendation is to add a hair dryer:)

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our extended stay in this condo. The location is great; right on the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. The view was spectacular of course. The unit was comfortable and included all of the basics we needed. The unit is very roomy which was a nice surprise. Communication was great; ā€˜check-inā€™ couldnā€™t have been easier. It was a little too chilly (for us) to use the pool(s) but they looked so inviting; remarkable clean every day. And everyone we met, condo guests or owners, were so polite and friendly. It was a treat to spend December in this condo.
