DETAILS:
Head to Florida’s Most Relaxing Place and choose The Pearl of Navarre #1203 as your destination. This two-bedroom condo offers stunning views of the beach and can accommodate up to eight guests. An open floorplan will allow natural light to spread through the condo and you’ll enjoy unblocked views of the beach in both the living area and master bedroom. A closer look at the beach is as simple as stepping onto your private balcony. Spend your mornings or evenings here watching the sun shift in the sky or the waves lapping the shore.

Enjoy all the comforts of home during your stay, including free wifi and a washer and dryer in the unit. Within the fully-equipped kitchen you will find the cookware and dishware you need to prepare your favorite meals or snacks to take to the beach. The Pearl of Navarre Resort is full of amenities for your enjoyment during your stay. Take a swim in the beachfront pool or head to the gym for a quick workout.

While Southern provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

So the property management never provided the proper parking gate access codes before check-in time! It wasnt until over 2 hours after check-in time, and only after repeated requests, and a few incorrect codes that they were finally able to provide the proper one. So check-in was a fiasco.Other than that, the condo was great, clean, well appointed and the beach was beautiful!

We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after travel. Please note that access codes are provided and managed by the Homeowners Association, and unfortunately, this is not something directly controlled by Southern Vacation Rentals. Nonetheless, we recognize the impact it had on your arrival experience and truly regret the inconvenience caused. We’re thrilled that, despite the initial challenges, you enjoyed the condo, found it clean and well-appointed, and were able to appreciate the beautiful beach. The property was nice with ample parking. There were a few maintenance issues with the condo that were relayed to the management company. They responded quickly and we had a great stay.

Beautiful place to call home while in Navarre Beach

Fabulous location. Beautifully appointed condo. Cannot beat the ocean views and soft white sandy beaches. Dolphins were a very nice touch! We will be back, but probably when it is a bit warmer!

Belated Honeymoon

Had a wonderful time for our 1st Anniversary/belated honeymoon. The unit was gorgeous and the view from the balcony and bedroom of the ocean was glorious. Will definitely go again!!

Lovely getaway

Clean property with great working elevators. Pretty pools. Very nice beach access. Condo was as advertised and has a terrific washing machine. Grill area was clean and easy accessible. Thank you for a great week in Navarre.

Great beach escape

Stay was wonderful, even extended it an extra day. Think 9am checkout is a bit too early especially since check in is not until 4pm. Would have liked to have a pod or two of washing machine detergent as has been our experience with other properties in the same area.

Nice and Clean

This condo was very spacious and nice. Furniture was comfortable. Very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, right off the beach and there were two pools. The beach wasn't crowded. Would definitely book this place again.

Very clean property & unit.

This unit was very clean! The property was very nice & well kept! The staff were aware of the high heat index & made the people aware & told them to drink plenty of water! Would definitely stay here again!
