The disposal has now been repaired to ensure future guests have a seamless experience. Had we known about the odor from the broken disposal during your stay, we would have sent someone immediately to address it. We will also relay your feedback about the well water. Unfortunately, this is common in lakefront homes in the area, but we will continue to look for ways to minimize any odor for our guests. The main floor bathroom is as shown in the listing, and had you asked us to look at the toilet angle during your stay, we would have checked it immediately. Our team quickly and professionally communicated with and responded to all your messages, including having our handyman visit twice to repair the clogged disposal and address other concerns. We apologize for any miscommunication regarding the timing of the closet door repair. It seems our scheduling wires may have crossed when you asked us to wait a day and had secured it yourself. We appreciate your comments, will share them with the appropriate teams, and use them to improve. Providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming experience is always our priority.
